Workhead Located on a swivel plate which can be set to the required angular position by means of a wide-spaced scale. Collets for perfect valve alignment. Dressing Attachment The dressing attachment is permanently mounted on the worktable for rapid wheel dressing. Wet Grinding Coolant is delivered by an industrial type flood pump. The baffled coolant tank is easily removed from the machine base for cleaning. Electrical System Individual grinding spindle motor, work spindle motor and coolant pump motor all controlled by switches grouped in front of the wheelhead for ease of operation.

With the ESX-MBC, we present a new CAN-J1939 module especially for the agricultural and construction machine sector, to control electric motors and actuators in a performance range of up to 200 W. It provides four fast PWM half bridges (each 10 A) with current measurement and two further digital power outputs (each 4 A). Of these, two half bridges respectively, which can be combined to form one motor full bridge, and one digital output are supplied via a safety relay (max. 15 A per safety relay). The module also possesses four multifunction inputs, one module identification output, one digital output and one fixed voltage output for sensor supply. All analog signals are processed with a 12-bit resolution.
