The optoCONTROL 2700 is a compact LED micrometer for the precise measurement of diameter, gap, edge and segment. The micrometer is characterized by its high accuracy with a measuring range of 40 mm. As the controller is integrated in the receiver, the cabling and installation work is reduced to a minimum. Thanks to the active inclination correction, objects tilted by up to 45° are also detected extremely precisely. The configuration is performed conveniently via the web interface and enables the parameters set up of video signal, filter and different measuring modes. In set-up mode, a shadow image can be used for simple alignment of the measuring object. The excellent price-performance ratio rounds off the service package.

The compact DTD inductive sensor system consists of a gauge with a plunger guided by a plain bearing and a controller, which are connected to each other with a 3 m long cable. The controller has a diameter of just 18 mm and the 3m-long cable enables flexible installation. The DTD sensor system is based on an established LVDT measuring method. It impresses with outstanding precision and provides high signal stability and resolutions down to the micrometer range. Thanks to its high temperature stability, resistance to shock and vibration, and insensitivity to dirt, the induSENSOR DTD is ideal for industrial measurement tasks. Modern fieldbuses such as Ethernet, PROFINET or EtherCAT are supported via optionally available interface modules.

New interferometer sensors with different designs and properties are available for the integration in demanding environments. Due to its 90° beam path, the IMP-DS0.5/90/VAC can also be mounted in low installation spaces. The new IMP-DS1/VAC miniature sensor is one of the smallest optical sensors from Micro-Epsilon. With a diameter of 4 mm and an integrated cable, the sensor can also be used in extremely confined installation spaces. Sensors and cables can be used both in the clean room and in a vacuum.

Our resealable cable protection program allows the subsequent installation of cable protection for cables and wires that have already been laid. It impresses with its high flexibility and high mechanical strength. It enables fast cable pulling and reliable protection of the cable in areas with strong vibrations. With VIBRONET Signalmaster, up to 162 measuring points can be installed and entire production areas can be included in the monitoring. The distance between the basic unit and the sensor does not play a decisive role, because the wiring concept used reduces installation costs to a minimum. VIBRONET Signalmaster is therefore one of the most efficient and costeffective monitoring systems for large machinery and extensive plants with productioncritical units. Vibration, temperature, RPM and other process parameters can be integrated into a monitoring network that covers whole plant sections.The robust cabling installation guarantees reliable machine monitoring even in harsh environments such as cement plants, openpit and underground mining or refineries. VIBRONET Signalmaster is easily expandable. The data recorded can be analyzed in OMNITREND CENTER, the universal software platform for PRUFTECHNIK's Condition Monitoring systems.
