IFA Technology considers your individual requirements and builds customised dosing systems for you. Volumetric dosing is carried out on a quantity basis by measuring the flow rate of liquids or bulk materials. Application-dependent measuring systems are used in our volumetric dosing systems. These make it possible to provide the specified quantity of material at a defined point in time in a defined ratio. The continuous inline dosing via flow measurement technology or dosing pumps with linear characteristic curve enables recipe-accurate dosing of liquids and bulk materials in a small space.

The weighing of liquids and solids is always implemented by IFA Technology according to your requirements - with load cells and evaluation devices from all the well-known suppliers. Liquid and solid substances can be weighed in their own storage containers, such as drums, containers, silos or tanks, but also in mixing tanks, storage containers or other containers. High-precision weight measurement makes it possible to weigh the components within the desired tolerances directly in the container or to measure them by loss-in-weight, and as a result achieve gravimetric dosing. As an alternative to gravimetric dosing, we use volumetric dosing of solids or liquids, depending on the requirements of the substances and processes. For volumetric dosing, we use the methods customary on the market, such as Coriolis mass flow measurement, magnetic-inductive flow measurement, ultrasonic measurement and counter measurement as well as belt scale measurement or impact scale measurement.

The differential pressure transmitter DPT 100 has been especially designed for fast test processes in leakage and flow measurement, where a fast response time and high sampling rate are necessary. The compact design of the DPT 100 facilitates the use in standardised applications, e. g., and the installation in 19“ Rack. The DPT 100 with optionally RS485 interface uses the communication protocol Modbus RTU which has found the way in industrial communication as an open protocol. The Modbus protocol is based on a master Slave architecture with which up to 247 Slaves can be questioned by a master – the data will transfer in binary form.
