Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.20 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.47 mm² to 50 mm² (further dimensions upon request). Square copper braids require less space in comparison to round copper braids with the same cross-section. There is a precise positioning owing to square or rectangular shape, which allows for failure-free and fully automated downstream manufacture. Squre or rectangular copper braids are characterised by very good Flex life, being absolute free from twist, a compact cutting surface, a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very long lifetime. Compact braided square and rectangular copper flexibles are particularly suitable for applications in carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches and aviation industry.

Compacted material terminals made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, in bare and tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated upon request, in hard or soft annealed. Cross-section ranging from 1 mm² to 95 mm² depending on welding area. Compact welded terminals of different copper strands can be automated processed. A production of individual parts is possible as well as large-scale production. Resistance welded strands by LEONI are particularly suitable for high-voltage battery connectors, for high power connectors, for switch contacts and for special applications.

In order to be able to meet the individual requirements of our customers, we offer various types of spiral wound gaskets: For example, you can choose between standard versions with a smooth surface and various special models. All articles are based on a stainless steel strip and high-quality filling materials such as graphite and PTFE, which underlines the excellent quality standard. The spiral wound gaskets of billi are characterized by a constant elasticity during hot-cold cycles. Classical applications in the chemical industry include all types of gas lines, directional valves and pumps. Furthermore, spiral wound gaskets are the optimal solutions for pressure vessel openings in steam systems as well as low and high pressure in nuclear power plants. For the best possible functionality of spiral wound gaskets, the careful considered choice of model is of central importance: the versions with centering ring, for example, assures an ideal fit between the bolts.

The function of gaskets is to prevent the leakage of medium outside the equipment. Static seals are used in many applications such as plumbing and heating systems, sealing fasteners, containers and pipeline construction. They are washers, rings or frames which generally are adapted to the whole width of the sealing surface. They can be used for example in flange connections of pipelines, pumps, motors, valves, etc. The gaskets are made of various materials such as: Rubbers, fiber plates, synthetic plates, graphite, PTFE, etc.

Why make something complicated when you can make it easy? PE sheets – made to order in the size you need – save you the time and effort of manually or mechanically cutting plastic covers. PE sheets are pre-cut flat film sheets. PE sheets from Dürrbeck are manufactured bespoke to meet your needs. Plastic sheets are used as covers for pallets, as a liner between individual packaged units, or as a packaging material itself. When combined with stretch film pallet wrap, it provides excellent protection against dirt, dust and the elements. Our custom-made PE sheets also act as a simple liner or cover for goods in a warehouse or in transport. We produce plastic sheets loose or perforated on rolls – simply tear off, use, done! An accessory to the TeraFlash pro, the Imaging Extension utilizes two precise linear stages to scan a sample through the focus of the terahertz beam. The translational movement is synchronized with the shaker of the TeraFlash pro, resulting in a high measurement speed of up to 16 pixel/sec. The ALFlak systems offer you many options in the field of mobile laser and repair welding. With an extended range and increased travel range, welding positions in deep, complex shapes can be processed easily thanks to the long laser arm - even in deep, bulky shapes. Deposition welding with wire or powder is possible with this laser machine. Likewise, automated welding tasks. The laser device is equipped with a fiber source that guarantees high efficiency and a special beam quality. Both pulsed and CW mode can be used. You won’t get it more flexible. The mobile welding laser AL-ARM was developed to quickly and flexibly repair offset seams, pores and penetrations in the car body. The fiber laser system can be positioned quickly and has a long range. The 3D visualization with integrated laser safety glasses enables the user to observe his welding task as well as the surroundings. The welding process is shown enlarged and the process-relevant data is also visible in the image. Our ropes with overall braids are characterised by their good flexibility and their excellent mechanical strength. The overall braid has a vibration-reducing function and prevents unrevelling of the rope. Ropes with overall braids are mainly suitable for automotive, industrial applications and for connectors.
