Energy systems for industrial plants can sometimes be expensive to maintain. This is why we already pay attention to economic solutions during the planning and conception of your plant. Our heating and cooling systems are needs-based, individual solutions for seasonal and user-related requirements. Heat transfer media such as water, air or oils are heated by means of large-capacity water boilers, high-speed steam generators or thermal oil systems. In the heating systems from IFA Technology, the subsequent heat transfer takes place through half-tube coils welded onto the jacket, heat exchangers, heat transfer plates (thermoplates) or electrical heating cables.

Corrugated tubes for cooling ceilings: The newly developed PE-HD multi-layer plastic corrugated tube with EVOH oxygen barrier (basis for DIN 4726) has been developed specifically for the use in panel cooling systems. It does not contain halogens, is free from cadmium, pollutants or heavy metals. Due to the circular corrugations arranged concentrically around the longitudinal axis, the tube is solid and non-buckling, but at the same time very flexible. Corrugated tubes for exhaust technology: The flexible plastic exhaust tubes by FRÄNKISCHE INDUSTRIAL PIPES can be used for condensing boilers with an exhaust temperature of up to 120°C. They can be individually cut, and due to their flexibility they can be installed by simple feeding without complex plug-in connections. This constitutes an enormous advantage especially for refurbishing old buildings, chimney protrusions or narrow bends.

Our corrugated tubes and duct systems for cooling systems feature one or two mounted Quick connectors. This is a reliable way to connect a corrugated tube to the connecting cuff and allows for easy and time-saving assembly and disassembly. The systems provide high mechanical strength combined with high stiffness in the cuff section. Our product line includes a wide range of nominal sizes and matched accessories.
