SPIROL's Series LP500 Latch Pins for Plastics are designed with a barb located under the head with a barb length equal to the width of the outermost section of the assembly. The remaining length of the LP500 Latch Pin is smooth without any other retention features. This allows the LP500 Latch Pin for Plastic to easily align and freely install through all of the holes with a plastic assembly until the barb makes contact with the final hole to securely lock the pin in place. Once fully installed, the handle will pivot freely around the non-barbed end of the stationary pin. The head prevents the LP500 Latch Pin from being over-installed, and enables the pin to be mechanically oriented for automatic installation. Manufactured from lightweight, lead free aluminium, SPIROL's LP500 Latch Pins for Plastics are available in three standard diameters: 3mm, 4mm and 5mm.

Application The Hunger RDS is designed to precision machine the seat ring bores in cylinder heads to produce smooth and closely fitting contact surfaces for oversize seat inserts. Features The RDS is equipped for counterboring as well as for facing the bottom of seat ring bores in a lathe-type action with a single point carbide cutter. The RDS is aligned in centerline with the valve guide by means of a pilot which is locked in the valve guide. An universal steady stabilizes the RDS against lateral displacement. Pilots and steady furnished with Hunger valve seat refacing tool also suit for the corresponding RDS tool. The built in feed gear mechanism for automatic longitudinal and cross feed of the single point cutter eliminates the need for multiple cutter sets and other accessories. An adjustable stop for the tool slide permits quick selection of the proper sized bore diameter.

OKTOMAT® SOS Classic is an emptying station for the automatic emptying of Octabin and BigBags. A pallet jack is enough to move the container under the emptying station. The bulk bags can be completely and trouble-free emptied from above. The OKTOMAT® uses a vibrating suction head and the automatic bag tightening mechanism pulls the foil inlet or BigBag upwards. The material flows towards the middle and is continuously sucked. The SOS series with its full equipment is ideally suited for the majority of applications and difficult tasks.
