Rod ends consist of a housing and a built-in spherical plain bearing. The housing of a screwable rod end has an external or internal thread. Rod ends are particularly suitable for use in linkage and lever connections. In our product range, you will find both maintenance-free and maintenance-bound rod ends. Our special hydraulic rod ends are available either for bolting on or for welding on. Our rod ends are suitable for high static loads. The maintenance-required rod ends can withstand changing loads and impact loads permanently without any problems, while maintenance-free models can only do this to a limited extent.

The capabilities of this material are absolutely unparalleled. b.dry products run completely dry, but are still more resistant to wear and corrosion, stronger and have a longer service life than comparable chains.

MEGAlife maintenance-free roller and conveyor chains can be used in all areas where relubrication is difficult or impossible. These include dry environments and applications where maintenance access is difficult. MEGAlife chains have nickel-plated parts and are therefore corrosion resistant and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +160°C. Depending on the application, the maintenance-free chains are supplied either dry or with additional special lubrication.

The outstanding features of iwis accumulation chains are their efficiency, durability and resultant cost-effectiveness. The outer low-friction rollers enable energy savings of up to 30% to be made. Accumulation chains with offset rollers allow goods to be conveyed smoothly and with optimum weight distribution, since every pin takes its share of the load.
