The standardized model series offer a large selection of feature options to furnish effective freewheel clutch solutions for almost any field of application. The functional principle of sprag type freewheel clutches is based on static friction. A certain number of sprags are in constant friction contact with the connecting parts. Sprags are components with variable height. They are uprighted when the connecting parts are rotated and clamped between the connecting parts while there is static friction between sprags and connecting parts. The static friction is guaranteed by a specific geometry (clamping angle) of the sprags to the connecting parts. GMN sprag type freewheel clutches can be used as indexing clutches, backstops or as overrunning clutches.

The ALM laser system is particularly suitable for welding large molds and tools, housings and machine components - wherever mobility and maneuverability are required. With the ALM you have exactly the mobility you need for welding. No matter whether in your own workshop or on site at the customer. The laser is ready for use within a few minutes. The arm can be quickly adjusted to the area to be welded and fixed in the desired working position using electro-hydraulic brakes. The operator then has the option of welding manually using a joystick or semi-automatically. One or more axes are automatically moved at a preset speed and with the joystick curves can be driven or small corrections made.

We recommend this laser welding machine especially for working on large molds. The laser arm has a range of almost 2.80 m. The highest working point is 2 m and the lowest is 80 cm. JM 20 for everyone who wants to assemble larger circuit boards The JM 20 is a THT machine that can cope with special requirements. Especially large circuit boards are not an obstacle. The JM 20 takes on heavy, larger and special components. The machine guarantees excellent assembly quality thanks to the component recognition function. To reduce errors, the laser detects the presence of the component from the reception to the final insertion.

The TWT combines a number of cleaning methods in a single unit. Through immersion any spray cleaning with alkaline, neutral or slightly acidic aqueous media, it caters for a wide range of parts and meets even the most stringent requirements regarding technical cleanliness. The cleaned parts are dried under vacuum for extra fast processing. All machine components that come into contact with media are made in stainless steel, allowing for the use of fresh and demineralised water.
