Laser distance sensors are designed for non-contact distance measurements: laser gauges for measuring ranges up to 10m, laser distance sensors for up to 270m. These sensors are used for positioning and type classification in machine building and handling equipment.

The thermoMETER TIM 8 combines the advantages of a robust pyrometer with a thermal imaging camera. Due to its extremely compact size, it can also be integrated into machines and production lines. The spotfinder function enables precise temperature measurements with automatic sensor adjustment. In addition, remote focusing of the lens is possible via a motorized focus. This intelligent spotfinder pyrometer is used in automation, machine building and plant monitoring.

scanCONTROL 25x0 laser scanners are designed for industrial measurement tasks. The scanCONTROL 25x0 laser scanners are available with three measuring ranges with either red or blue laser. The capaNCDT DT61x4 is an active, capacitive system for displacement, distance and position measurements. Consisting of a sensor with integrated preamplifier, a robust cable and a compact controller, the measuring system is immediately ready for use without any on-site calibration. The measuring system is available with a cable length up to 15 m and is ideal for automation purposes. The capaNCDT 61x4 is particularly suitable for automated robot manufacturing and measurement tasks with a drag chain. Moreover, it is used in machine building and semiconductor production. For optimum signal quality, the desired cable length is already factory-calibrated.

The VX500 is a 3D printer for industrial applications that has been tried and tested many times over in practice. These machines can be found wherever there is a demand for the straightforward production of prototypes and models. Despite their compact dimensions, they captivate with the features of a high-performance printer, such as multi-jet print heads, integrated material handling and job boxes. The machine is very fast, easy to operate and permits cost-effective production of both individual parts and small series alike. Plastic can be used as the particulate material. The machine's build space measures 500 x 400 x 300 mm. The VX500's print head system can achieve a resolution of up to 600 dpi. The thickness of a layer applied in one cycle is 150 µm. In addition, the VX500 concept is resource-friendly: In plastic processes, the unprinted particulate material is recyclable.
