Zipperbags are almost airtight, frequently reusable and withstand heavy loads. Therefore, zipperbags are ideal for long term use. Our pressure lock bags or zipperbags are easy to open and to re-close and protect the content from contamination or loss. They are suitable for packing all sort of goods, e.g. small components for technical or household devices, as well as foodstuff or cosmetics. Transparent, reclosable zipperbags are also used in security areas of airports. If hanging storage is required, the zipperbags are available with euroslots. To ensure safety and integrity of the content, a tear perforation can be integrated in the bag. Zipperbags can be filled manually as well as automatically. Therefore, all zipperbags are available as wicketed bags, for automatic or semi-automatic packaging on your machines. SPIROL's Barbed Pins were created specifically for use in flexible plastics where optimum resistance to axial force is desired. The raised barbs are angled backwards, opposite the direction of insertion. After installation, the plastic will backfill into the area around the barbs resulting in maximum retention. Barbed Pins are ideal for applications requiring high pull-out (tensile) strength, and to prevent disassembly (i.e. tamperproof ). Barbs are not appropriate for brittle plastics or those containing high percentages of fillers. As barbs are a radial feature, they do not resist rotation of two components relative to one another. For this requirement, a straight or helical knurl should be used. All Barbed Pins are provided with a generous pilot to facilitate alignment with the hole and ease installation.

The FPGA based hardware allows for high bandwidth and flexibility, and with its clever software one has the overview, but can go into every tiny detail if need be.

The DFC locking electronics consisting of the Phase Frequency Detector (PFD) and FALC 110 provides high-end phase frequency locking for comb applications. The PFD RF input is designed for use with the RF output signal of the DFC MD. The error signal generated by the PFD is fed to the input of the FALC 110 regulator. The main output of the FALC is passed through the PFD to allow for remote switching of the fast feedback loop which modulates the laser diode current. A copy of the error signal (mon. out) is used to close the slow feedback loop acting on the DL pro piezo (Fine In) with the all-digital PID of the DLC pro. Slow and fast feedback loop can be enabled and disabled with a push of a button in the DFC user interface (TOPAS DFC).
