The infrared thermoMETER CS temperature sensors are equipped with a miniature sensor that is particularly suitable for installation in confined spaces. The small size and temperature resistance up to 120°C open up a wide range of applications.The infrared temperature sensors are available in different versions, e.g., with laser aiming or as a two-wire version for easy integration.

The innovative white light interferometers from Micro-Epsilon set a benchmark in high-precision distance and thickness measurements. These sensors enable stable measurement results with sub-nanometer resolution offering a comparatively large measuring range and offset distance. The interferometers are available in 3 series: the IMS5400-DS for high-precision industrial distance measurements, the IMS5400-TH for accurate thickness measurements and the vacuum-suitable IMS5600-DS for distance measurements with picometer resolution.

eddyMOTION is a Windows-based analysis and configuration tool for eddy current probes. In combination with the TX electronics from eddylab GmbH, the software tool combines several performance features: The functional areas oscilloscope, FFT analysis, data logger and waterfall diagram, enables the visualization and documentation of mechanical movements. eddyMOTION also suites the on-site linearization of eddy current sensors in a traceable manner, without external assistance. In addition to the TX electronics and an eddylab eddy current sensor, a reference probe is required for this purpose: Together with the eddy current sensor, this probe measures the distance to the same material, with the reference probe serving to check the sensor.

The eddy current sensor series IC with integrated electronics guarantees highly accurate measurements thanks to linearized characteristic curve. Accuracy has been improved by up to a factor of 20 compared to previous models. The teach-in function allows the measuring range of the eddy current sensor to be optimally adapted to the respective application. Installation tolerances or material properties of the measured object can be compensated directly. Setting individual measuring range limits offers the user the greatest possible flexibility and simplifies sensor integration. As the complete analysis electronics are built into the sensor, installation and mounting are also extremely uncomplicated.

The specific sensor configuration of the linear displacement sensors in the LDR series is characterized by a short, compact design with small diameter. The compact design and the small sensor diameter facilitate the installation of the measurement systems in locations where space is restricted.

The series MM10 without spring return / MMR10 with spring return is used in applications with very confined space, which require a miniaturized displacement sensor with long lifespan, high accuracy and guided push rod on both sides. The linear potentiometers of the series MM10 / MMR10 are especially space-saving designed and therefore very suitable for applications with very confined space. The potentiometric distance measurement is carried out with a high-resolution conductive plastic resistive element. Thanks to this Comolded conductive plastic technology and the high-quality sleeve bearings, the compact displacement encoder has a very long lifetime and high accuracy due to its good linearity. In the displacement sensor series MM(R)10 the mechanical detection of linear movement is done by a rear and front guided push rod. The displacement sensor can be used both as a probe and with a guided push rod. The internal or external spring return opens up additional applications.
