The short-wave thermoIMAGER TIM M thermal imaging cameras are mainly used in the metal processing industry. Due to its short-wave measuring wavelength, these infrared cameras are ideal for temperature monitoring during melting, hardening and forming processes.

3D sensors from Micro-Epsilon are equipped with an easy-to-integrate SDK (Software Development Kit). The SDK is based on the GigE Vision and GenICam industry standards including the following function blocks: Network configuration and sensor connection Extensive sensor control Transmission control of measurement images Management of user-defined parameter sets C++ sample programs and documentation Access to the sensor via GigE Vision is also possible without SDK using a GenICam client.

The infrared thermoMETER CS temperature sensors are equipped with a miniature sensor that is particularly suitable for installation in confined spaces. The small size and temperature resistance up to 120°C open up a wide range of applications.The infrared temperature sensors are available in different versions, e.g., with laser aiming or as a two-wire version for easy integration.

The K and MK draw-wire sensors are specially designed for series applications with large numbers of pieces. The user benefits from an excellent price/performance ratio and compact sensor dimensions, therefore gaining new potential in design and cost optimization. As well as analog versions with potentiometer, current or voltage output, digital versions with incremental or absolute encoders are available.

Our corrugated tubes with integrated valves to reliably vent or drain duct systems. The inside diameter and the volume are designed according to the flow rate, and the opening and closing characteristics of the valve are designed according to the pressure range. Rotary encoders without integral bearing operate without friction. The two components - the scanning head and the scale disk, drum, or tape - are adjusted to each other during assembly. The benefits are: Large diameter of hollow shaft For high shaft speeds No additional starting torque In addition to the system accuracy, the mounting and adjustment of the scanning head normally have a significant effect on the accuracy that can be achieved with rotary encoders without integral bearings. Of particular importance are the mounting eccentricity and radial runout of the measured shaft. The inductive rotary encoders ECI/EQI 1300 are mechanically compatible with the photoelectric encoders ExN 1300: the shaft is fastened with a central screw. The stator of the encoder is clamped by an axially tightened screw in the location hole.

Interface electronics from HEIDENHAIN adapt the encoder signals to the interface of the subsequent electronics. They are used when the subsequent electronics cannot directly process the output signals from HEIDENHAIN encoders, or if additional interpolation of the signals is necessary. HEIDENHAIN interface electronics are available in various mechanical designs. Version for integration There are also versions of the interface electronics intended for integration in existing electronics. These pluggable boards must be protected against electrical and physical influences. The IDP series consists of pure interpolation and digitizing electronics, and is intended for integration as input assemblies in non-HEIDENHAIN electronics.
