The SPIROL Model HP Pneumatic Heat Insert Driver provides an accurate and consistent method to install virtually any type of Heat/Ultrasonic Style Insert into thermoplastic assemblies. As much as 75% of an Insert’s performance is the direct result of how well it was installed. Therefore, in order to maximize performance, all of the factors that impact installation must be carefully controlled. SPIROL’s Model HP Pneumatic Heat Insert Driver has been designed to eliminate the dependency on the operator to control the factors of time, temperature and pressure to ensure nearly perfect flow of the plastic for optimal retention and performance. The Model HP Pneumatic Heat Insert Driver installs Inserts ranging in size from M2 – M8 metric threads and #2 – 3/8 unified threads.

Heat / Ultrasonic Inserts are designed for post-mould installation in thermoplastics. Heat and ultrasonic installation yield outstanding performance results. SPIROL offers several different series of Heat/Ultrasonic Inserts available in a long and short version of each thread size. Long lengths maximize torque and pull-out resistance, while short lengths are good for less stringent requirements at lower cost and shorter installation times. Some styles are available with or without a head. The head provides bearing surface for the mating component that also prevents jack-out (or when used in reverse, can prevent pull through). However, adding a head results in additional cost raw material of a larger diameter is required to create the head. Some non-headed Inserts are symmetrical – thus eliminating the need to orient the Insert prior to installation.

Electric duct heater Electrical duct heater type “LEH-R” are intended for the heating of gaseous media. The main applications are the heating of air in ventilation - / air conditioning or heat-recovery installations. Wide use areas are applications of the process - / environment-technology i.e. at the catalytic afterburning of exhaust fumes or drying ovens or in the plastic - / textile or paper industry. Through a variable construction concept, diverse use possibilities emerge. The application of highly compacted electrical heating elements with high purity compacted magnesium oxide powder sheathed metal tube and the direct heat transfer at the medium to be heated leads to an efficient realization of the electric energy to thermal energy. Special materials of acid constant rustproof steel stand for the heating of aggressive media by disposal. Alternatively, the heaters can be delivered also in the materials INCOLOY, INCONEL, HASTELLOY and MONEL. SPIROL’s Model HA Automatic Heat Insert Driver has been designed to eliminate the dependency on the operator to control the factors of time, temperature and pressure to ensure nearly perfect flow of the plastic for optimal retention and performance. The Model HA Automatic Heat Insert Driver installs Threaded Inserts ranging in size from M2 – M8 metric threads and #2 – 3/8 unified threads. The machine can be configured to accommodate a variety of applications and the heat tips are easily interchangeable to accommodate various sized Inserts.

Kronseder KFT fresh exhaust air dryer in the form of an assembly set or in a sea container 15 m³ - 30 m³ The containers are built to standard dimensions. Length 6 m or 12 m. Hot water or electricity is offered as heating medium. The ventilation and heating system is installed in a tower construction. Appropriate inlet and outlet air flaps are provided for demoisturizing.
