With the LeviWafer-Gripper Transport system it is possible, to lift and transport sensitive Wafers contactless. In combination with the transport, (un)loading of stacks and cassettes is also possible. The gripper uses ultrasonic bearing technology to keep the wafer at a distance, thus enabling contactless transport. In addition to micro-scratches and -cracks, contamination by particles is avoided since without compressed air no air turbulence is created. Therefore, the gripper is also very suitable for clean rooms. The LeviWafer-Gripper can be designed with a single or double paddle. With the RobotOverhead-Gripper it is possible to lift sensitive materials contactless from above by means of a robot. Besides from gripping, it can be used for (un)loading, sorting and singulating. The RobotOverhead-Gripper uses a combination of negative pressure and the Ultrasonic Suspension Technology to enable topside gripping of the workpiece. The substrate is kept at a distance, which enables contactless transport and prevents micro-scratches and contamination. Our technology allows a high flatness of the substrate during the handling process. The RobotOverhead-Gripper is suitable for battery cells, glasses, foils, lenses, packaging, wafers and other sensitive materials. It can be supplied in various versions, for example for the contactless transport of glass components in the manufacture of flat screens. The medium-sized hand joysticks of the 870 series with stock grip handle were specially developed for the multi-axis control of machines in demanding applications with highest requirements on quality and feel. The joysticks are a guarantee for success in demanding applications with up to three axes, where quality, durability and reliability are paramount. The precision manufacturing of the joystick results in a particularly high-quality feel that conveys a safe operating feeling and enables the user to precisely control movements in several dimensions. Thanks to the non-contact Hall effect technology and the optional double outputs, the joysticks are extremely reliable and safe to use even in the toughest conditions. The joystick is electrically connected via a 12-pin connector, which enables easy installation. The installation depth of <49 mm is particularly advantageous when space is limited.

Space-saving, compact – but rugged nonetheless The TRY50 series covers the transition from finger- to hand-size joysticks. This is realized by a construction of the very robust mechanism combined with space-saving Hall sensors. The TRY50 was specifically developed for applications, where a rugged hand joystick is needed, but space is limited. The optimized dimensioning of the mechanism and control lever make it possible to use the joystick in environments, where only finger joysticks would fit, but lack the needed load resistance. The joystick is equipped with Hall sensors and thus shows only minimal drift of the output signal over many years of operation. Optionally, redundant sensors can be chosen to further increase reliability.

For large drainage holes (from a diameter of about 40 mm) or in the case that the distance from the filter housing to the drain funnel is large, we recommend you an installation of our Rückspülgitter. Individual tabs from the backwash grid can removed individually. The FIBALON® – Backwash-Grid can simply insert into the funnel opening or can be attached to the tube. If it is necessary you can secure the backwash grid with a cable tie.For the best fitting of the whole vent tube, please remove all segments of the FIBALON® – Backwash-Grid.
