After every successful filling of a package, it is a basic condition for precise dosing that the thread is defined and breaks off cleanly. This effect usually occurs with water-like materials - with viscous products, so called semi-solids, but often not: Many products such as creams, gels and ointments pull long threads from the tip of the dispensing needle into the respective packaging. The ViscoTec Pharma Dispensers provide a solution: After a dosing shot of the Pharma Dispenser, the product path through the chambers in the rotor-stator system is blocked, thus preventing dripping of the dosing medium. A valve at the dosing needle or at the pump is not necessary. Thanks to the reversible direction of rotation, retraction can be set after the end of dosing: The material is drawn back into the dosing needle in a defined manner.

The combination with a rotary unit extends the application possibilities of the bale clamp of KAUP even more. Because with the Rotating Bale Clamp T453 the rotating and turning of goods without palettes like cellulose bale, material bale, paper bale, waste paper bale or tobacco bale become easily possible. The insides of the clamp arms of this attachment are optimised for the respective transport purpose. Generally the fixed arms are designed with toe-in.

The RUF briquetting systems of the Biomass series process dust, shavings and wooden chips into briquettes of consistently high quality and density. Varying bulk densities are offset automatically during the process. These materials can be pressed into a compact form without the use of binders. It is important that the moisture content of the chips is below 15%, preferably under 12%, and that the chip size does not exceed 50mm. The general rule is that the finer the material is, the smoother and more solid the surfaces and edges of the resulting briquette. The systems can be equipped with a multitude of options, thus optimally adapting them to customer needs. This series offers maximum flexibility. All systems are extremely energy efficient thanks to the innovative RUF hydraulic system. Depending on the model, the machines are equipped with motors ranging between 4 kW and 90 kW. The throughput capacities of the RUF Biomass presses range between 50 and 1,300 kg/h.
