Flexible copper connectors for earthing straps, current leads and connectors with different constructions regarding customer specification. As prematerial for our customised connectors a lot of different materials can be used, mostly high flexible strands and braids made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys, stainless steel and aluminium upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated. Depending on the customer requirements we can combine different contact elements and isolation materials. No matter if you need individual parts or large-scale production, we can guarantee a short development time and fast response. Flexible copper connectors are suitable for power transmission and potential equalisation / grounding.

Compact braided square and rectangular copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys (upon request) in bare, tin-plated or silver-plated. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.20 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.47 mm² to 50 mm² (further dimensions upon request). Square copper braids require less space in comparison to round copper braids with the same cross-section. There is a precise positioning owing to square or rectangular shape, which allows for failure-free and fully automated downstream manufacture. Squre or rectangular copper braids are characterised by very good Flex life, being absolute free from twist, a compact cutting surface, a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very long lifetime. Compact braided square and rectangular copper flexibles are particularly suitable for applications in carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches and aviation industry.

Compact braided round copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, in hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.10 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.047 mm² to 25 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). Round copper braids are characterised by a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very high Flex life. They are absolute free from twist and support an automatic further processing. Compact braided round copper flexibles are particularly suitable for carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches or aviation industry.

Fränkische Industrial Pipes GmbH & Co. KG considers itself an international partner with the automotive industry, the home appliance industry and the machinery industry in developing technically complex corrugated tubes, corrugated tube systems, protective hoses and fluid transport conduit systems. Our custom blow molded parts for air ducts, clean air, recycled air are 3D blow molded and suction blow molded. They are 100 percent leak-proof and guarantee consistent wall thickness. They provide high stiffness combined with high mechanical strength and have been designed to match the different nominal sizes and inside diameters of our corrugated tubes with cuffs. Our corrugated tubes with integrated containers have been designed to reliably collect and store liquids without running the risk of leakage. The product can be custom-tailored in different nominal sizes, types of containers (with and without lid) and cuff sections to meet customers specifications.

Dryflex CS is a range of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compounds, based on SEBS. The range has been engineered to deliver optimised compression set performance. The raw materials used to manufacture Dryflex CS compounds are compliant with major food contact regulations (food contact statements available on request). The compounds also offer excellent organoleptic performance. What is Compression Set? Compression set is the measure of permanent deformation remaining when an applied force is removed. A TPE sample is compressed to a specific deformation, for a specified time and at a specific temperature. The compression set value is the percentage of the sample that fails to recover to its original height and is an important performance indicator for applications such as seals, flexible connectors and gaskets. For a 40 shore A hardness TPE, typical compression set values are 65 to 70 percent, with the Dryflex CS range this is reduced to 40 percent (22 hours at 100 degree). Key Chara
