Optimizes finishing The Orthopac VMC is a modular process control system for textile refinement. It optimises drying or fixing processes as well as the processes all about the stenter. The system measures, logs and controls critical process parameters over the entire working width like temperature, dwell time, residual moisture, exhaust air moisture, thread density, basis weight and more. This increases quality while saving resources and energy. The modular design of the system allows its flexible adaptation to all applications. Both, standard requirements and highly customized demands are thus met. The system can also be integrated into an Orthopac straightening system. It thereby combines the functionality of a weft straightener with that of a process control system in one compact device.

Compressed air blade To monitor the progress of certain processes, there is no alternative but to take frequent samples at the machine itself. This is normally possible only while the product is either moving slowly or stopped, and often results in complicated work-arounds to enable continual production (continuously running winders, etc.). The Samplecut FSC is the solution to the problem. The tried and tested sample cutter Samplecut FSC takes samples from fast running product.

Keeps web safely on track Drifting of the product web lateral to the running direction of product is unavoidable in some stages of textile finishing. The Ceremat system brings the product back on the right path. Applicationspecific variants are available.

Control room application mPilot is a control room application for Mahlo equipment. The software allows the user to configure up to ten Mahlo devices with one control centre. Individually selected data of several devices are clearly arranged. The innovative control tool supports production and shift managers in handling their daily business as efficiently as possible. The thermoMETER TIM 8 combines the advantages of a robust pyrometer with a thermal imaging camera. Due to its extremely compact size, it can also be integrated into machines and production lines. The spotfinder function enables precise temperature measurements with automatic sensor adjustment. In addition, remote focusing of the lens is possible via a motorized focus. This intelligent spotfinder pyrometer is used in automation, machine building and plant monitoring.

The modular system for monitoring and controlling residual moisture, product temperature, dwell time and exhaust air humidity can be flexibly adapted to current production. Up to three of the same or different modules may be used as needed. This increases quality while saving resources and energy. The modular design of the system allows its flexible adaptation to all applications. Both, standard requirements and highly customized demands are thus met.

Surface Varnishing Our products are raw, waxed or with a high-quality finish available - of course, all used paints comply with the DIN EN-71 standard for children's toys.

Suitable for any wood or cork surfaces in indoor areas exposed to high-stress , as well as linoleum, PVC, plastic floor covering, laminate, stone, wood, marble, terracotta and ceramic floor tiles. Wax Finish is anti-static, anti-slip and dirt-repellent. Wax Finish maintains and protects the surface while keeping it breathable. Transparent when dry.

Pearlescent Wood Finish preserves and protects wood against environmental and weather influences, UV-rays, water and dirt. Pearlescent Wood Finish is a solvent-free care emulsion that rejuvenates grayed and faded furniture and renews the grain.The integrated pearling effect renders the wood water-repellent and UV-resistant for a long time.

Suitable for light wood in indoor and roofed outdoor areas. Anti-Yellowing Finish reduces the natural darkening and yellowing caused by UV-rays. It is ready to use out of the can and additionally reduces shrinkage, cracking and swelling which increases the durability of the wood and subsequent coatings. Anti-Yellowing Finish keeps any discoloration due to exposure to light on furniture, floors and wall and ceiling cladding made from light wood such as maple, beech, spruce and pine to a minimum.

Suitable for slide protection to reduce danger of sliding for any kind of wood. Especially well suited for treated wood that gets slick with wetness, moss, algae or lichens, as well as mineral surfaces and stairs. The product guarantees a highly resistant micro structure surface finish on the surfaces mentioned. Skid resistance category R9 in accordance with the German Institute for Standardization DIN 51130.
