Aerofil offers deep pleat box type filters for high temperature applications. Filters are available in fine filters and HEPA range. Filters are silicon free and can withstand up to 385 degree Celsius.

Aero Fine HVP are mini pleated box style high velocity fine filters. Thesefilters operate at very high velocity of 3.75 m/s and are considered thebest replacements for conventional box style fine filters. This also features plastic frame construction and so is a “metal free” filter that is fullyincinerable. HVP are available in 4V and 2V configuration ranging from ISO ePM 10 60%/M6 to ISO ePM1 85%/F9.

AERO FLOW, medium to high efficiency extended surface deep pleated rigid box filters are manufactured from a new generation range of inherently antimicrobial, high lofted synthetic fiber filter media or micro fine glass fiber filter media. It is capable of removing contaminants from the air stream and is an ideal fine filter for HVAC systems.

AERO CELL MHT filters are designed as a fine filter for drying plants operating at high temperatures. This filter operates at 385 degree Celsius , with lesser pressure drop and longer service life. They replace the conventional deep pleat style filters in similar range. Maximum recommended pressure drop is 250 Pa.

Aero Cell HTVII filters are new generation high efficiency minipleat high temperature fine filters available in a wide range of efficiencies from M6 toF9. Aero Cell HTVII filters are designed to deal with hot air filtration in installations where the highest degree of air cleaniless is required. Frames aremade up or either Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel. The pleats are separated by glass paper and completely silicon free construction.

AERO CELL V HEPA GT filters are the new generation type of high efficiency MiniPleat compact HEPA filters available in a wide range of efficiencies from E10 to E12. AERO CELL V HEPA GT filters are designed to use in HVAC installations where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. The high burst resistance, low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity offered by the filter made it an ideal filter for extreme operating conditions like Gas turbine air intake fine filtration.
