Hybrid filters represent a new generation of filters based on a proprietary and patented pleat technology. We use the most recent 3layer filter media design, which means each layer features its own characteristics. We offer this unique filter generation as a substitute product for standard bag filters and panelfilters. Our filters are tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ahsrae 52.2).

To improve the filtration performance, the innovative filter solution FIBALON®skimmy is recommended. FIBALON®skimmy consists of a fiber combination of different polymer fibers with specially designed surface structures and different fiber cross-sections. The developed dynamic fiber fixation Dyfix® guarantees a high particle retention rate and a deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed. Due to the unique fiber combination, FIBALON®skimmy retains finer particles than the skimmer basket. This relieves the entire filter system in addition. She spherical shape guarantees the optimal adaption to all skimmer sizes up to 25cm (9,84 inch) diameter. The spherical shape of the innovative FIBALON® filter material remains even with complete loading. The special net ensures an optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter elements. Moreover, the net acts as protective shield. The welding seams, as well as the mesh are extremely resistant to chemicals and chlorine.

Aero Pleat XL SC / HC ¬lters are designed as a heavy duty pre ¬lter in HVAC and air intake applications.Filters are rated with MERV 7/ G4 / EU4 e ciency. Aero Pleat XLSC ¬lters with standard capacity has apleat distribution of 10 pleats per linear foot. Aero Pleat XLHC ¬lters are made with pleat distributionof 15 pleats per linear foot.

AERO CELL GT are deep pleated box style filters with medium efficiencies. It is made from micro fine fiberglass paper media and comes with metal frames. Filters are available in M6 and F8 efficiencies. We offer this is a double header construction. These filters are specially designed to operate in harsh conditions such as Gas Turbines and Air

The filter presses from AQUACHEM of the EC Beverage series are used in the beverage industry, for example, for the filtration of selected wines. Another feature is that the filter elements are gasketed, and therefore the must or juice does not also come into contact with the ambient air. The EC Beverage series is offered as standard in the filter plate sizes 470, 630 and 800 mm.

The AQUACHEM LCM 320 (pocket press membrane) is ideal for mobile deployment on site on a suitable trolley and can be operated with up to 15 bar loading and 15 bar membrane squeezing. This machine can also be used as a testing filter press in the case in order to decide on the right fabric or to check the filterability of the suspension. Fully equipped, this compact press can manually implement functions that our fully automatic machines can do. The AQUACHEM LC 320 (pocket press chamber) is identical in design to the LCM 320 and differs only in its function as a chamber filter press (without membrane). The LC 470 is the more affordable, low-cost version of the EC-series. Main feature is the restriction of the feeding pressure to 7 bar. All other features are the same as the EC-series. This series is built in a compact design with a feeding pump and discharge manifold.

In the tried-and-tested, gasketed design, the EC-series offers many benefits to the user on top of its ease of operation. Due to the internal drainage, use in even the most hygienically clean areas is possible. The press lock is performed by an automatically self-regulating pneumatic/hydraulic closing system. The automatic closing pressure maintenance ensures that the plate pack always remains closed. An adjustable pressure switch with a potential-free contact is provided for integration into the customer's control system. This prevents the feeding pump from running uncontrollably. Also, as with all AQUACHEM filter presses, the discharge manifold can be generated here at the customer's request. Due to the gasketed design, the seamless backflushing of the filter media in the filter press is possible. The filter press frame is phosphated and powder-coated, offering a high level of protection against external influences.

The BC-series impresses with its simple and robust technology, while at the same time offering the user many features to simplify work. The optionally available semi-automatic plate shifting allows the user to shift the filter elements conveniently. The hydraulics are controlled via the HMI control system with touchscreen. This allows any feeding pump of your choosing to be integrated and controlled. There are plates available in the formats 800, 1,000 and 1,200 mm, allowing for filtration surfaces of up to 178 m². Thanks to the gasketed design, a clean environment is ensured, even during the internal flushing of the filter elements with aggressive media. The individual discharge manifold enables many functions such as displacement air drying, turbid flow, clear flow, flushing and also cake washing. The standardised hydraulic unit is used in both the BC-series and the AF-series.

The AF filter presses from AQUACHEM are a further development of conventional chamber filter presses, which have been tried and tested in the industry for over a century. However, due to the degree of automation required and the increase in efficiency necessary nowadays, the technology we have had up until now is often no longer up to date. The design of the AF filter presses is based on the optimum interplay of the ?? individual assemblies of the filter press to ensure reliable, efficient and permanent operation without personnel being present. The automated flexibility of the product enables autonomous adjustment to changing conditions, such as concentration or even specific filter properties. We guarantee these properties and also availability. This is only possible because AQUACHEM and the AF-series possess the knowledge, an intelligent control system and the technology for maximum flexibility. Cora®Oil is an oleophilic polyster fleece and a unique technical innovation! Cora®Oil is a high quality thermally bonded polyester nonwoven and capable of separating oil and water. This allows oils to be completely filtered out of water. Another advantage: Cora®Oil can be used in all common band filters.

The new Cora®Pleat element is a self-developed product, which is produced in a specifically built production line in Weißenhorn. In this way, Filtertechnik Jäger provides you with products that are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cora®Pleat filter elements are designed for usage in conventional and widely used bag filter housings. The use of folded filter material and the application of a special design and production method, results in filter elements which not only make the bag filter system considerably more effective, but also decisively improve profitability. Bag filters are characterized by a user-friendly application. The previously known disadvantage of the relatively small available filter area is cancelled by the Cora®Pleat element.

Our MiniPleat products are pleated on inhouse designed pleating machines and feature exceptional strength, efficiency, dust holding capacity and low air flow resistance. We offer our MiniPleats in several pleat heights and tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ashrae 52.2). Our MiniPleats, utilized in panel filters, are deployed in a variety of applications where technical reliability and a long service life is a must.

In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed proprietary synthetic filter media produced with various fiber diameters and available in different grammages. With a particle separation of up to 99,99%, our media also feature a low pressure drop together with high softness. Due to endless fibers no fiber shedding occurs. We support our customers with filter media material as roll goods for respirator masks or pleatable material.

The combination of different fiber diameters allows us to design and manufacture progressive filter media in 3D. Our filter media products are exclusively manufactured on production machines designed and built inhouse.
