In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed proprietary synthetic filter media produced with various fiber diameters and available in different grammages. With a particle separation of up to 99,99%, our media also feature a low pressure drop together with high softness. Due to endless fibers no fiber shedding occurs. We support our customers with filter media material as roll goods for respirator masks or pleatable material.

FIBALON® is an innovative filter material developed especially for the aquaristic expert sera GmbH. As a full-service supplier for aquaristics, garden ponds and terraristics, sera has been successfully operating on the market since 1970. Sera knows the requirements and all the details in the mentioned markets. „Made in Germany“ and highest quality guidelines are important criterias in the business activities of sera GmbH and as well as for FIBALON®. Also it is perfectly suitable for all types of ponds. Independent from the size of the filter FIBALON®plus will clean your water crystal clear. It has a perfect shape for settling filter bacteria and also a huge dirt loading capacity.

The new Cora®Pleat element is a self-developed product, which is produced in a specifically built production line in Weißenhorn. In this way, Filtertechnik Jäger provides you with products that are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cora®Pleat filter elements are designed for usage in conventional and widely used bag filter housings. The use of folded filter material and the application of a special design and production method, results in filter elements which not only make the bag filter system considerably more effective, but also decisively improve profitability. Bag filters are characterized by a user-friendly application. The previously known disadvantage of the relatively small available filter area is cancelled by the Cora®Pleat element.

FIBALON®compact pro deluxe is THE universal filter solution „Made in Germany“ for your whirlpool, Jacuzzi or spa. The selected spherical shape, the special packaging size and the specially developed protective grid made of V4A stainless steel, enable a universal use with unique filter performance. The curvature of the grid ensures a full faced flow through the filter media bed and guarantees best cleaning results. The FIBALON®compact pro deluxe also has the worldwide unique dynamic fiber fixation „DyFix®“, which guarantees an incomparable filtration performance and a high dirt absorption capacity. This results in less service and cleaning effort. FIBALON®filter materials are always made of recycled materials to protect the environment. It has an antibacterial effect for the fibers and guarantees a long service life. Moreover, it is easy to clean and to reuse. The water in your whirlpool will be optimally disinfected without limitations in water circulation.

Old heating systems often have problems: The entry of oxygen and dirt as well as limescale into the heating system causes oxidation on the in-ner walls of the heaters and pipes. The result is black heating sludge or “black water”, which settles in the pipes. Malfunctions and a reduced heat output are the negative results. The solution The innovative filtration system FIBALON® professional hotbox enables the heating water filtration in a closed system without installation effort. The polymer fiber filter FIBALON® tool, developed especially for the filtration of heating sludge, works similar to all innovative FIBALON® products and systems. The innovative FIBALON® solution removes heating sludge in a reverse filtration circuit. Metallic and non-metallic particles up to a size of 10 µm are filtered out. New filter material can easily be refilled. The FIBALON® professional hotbox also guarantees a continuously high and efficient heat output in old heating systems.

The already simple application of our innovative polymer fiber filter FIBALON® is made even easier with our new FIBALON®rope. 8, FIBALON® nets arranged like on a rope of pearls for almost all common pool filters. The filter material can be removed and replaced with just one handgrip. Our special mesh ensures optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter balls during the filtration process. In addition, the net acts similarly to a protective shield. By means of a special welding technique, both the net and the welding seams, are chemically- and in particular chlorine-persistent. Due to the use of the new FIBALON®rope, the application of our backwashing grid is obsolete. For FIBALON®rope we also use our optimized fiber combination and other process innovations offers an incomparably high selectivity of 8 microns. All advantages of FIBALON®3D can be adapted and it promises an even easier handling.

AERO Pleat Z APZ model panel filters with plastic or card board frame are a new generation environmentally friendly coarse filters, with 100%incinerable materials. Filters are made up of self supporting synthetic media in G3, G4 and F5 grades. Frames usually are plastic or card board.It contains no metal parts and hence free from corrosion too. It is an ideal choice to use as a prefilter in air handling units.
