Aerofil offers another exceptional product for overspray collection – Aero Pleat P. These are perforated cardboard filters that work on the principle of inertia. This filter design obliges the charged airflow to change direction several times. The particles heavier than air then adhere to the walls while the airflow continues unhindered.

Hybrid filters represent a new generation of filters based on a proprietary and patented pleat technology. We use the most recent 3layer filter media design, which means each layer features its own characteristics. We offer this unique filter generation as a substitute product for standard bag filters and panelfilters. Our filters are tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ahsrae 52.2).

The new Cora®Pleat element is a self-developed product, which is produced in a specifically built production line in Weißenhorn. In this way, Filtertechnik Jäger provides you with products that are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cora®Pleat filter elements are designed for usage in conventional and widely used bag filter housings. The use of folded filter material and the application of a special design and production method, results in filter elements which not only make the bag filter system considerably more effective, but also decisively improve profitability. Bag filters are characterized by a user-friendly application. The previously known disadvantage of the relatively small available filter area is cancelled by the Cora®Pleat element.

The compact electrode housings of our treatment stations are used for the reliable extraction of the ozone created by the corona treatment. Exhaust monitoring is an integral part of all corona stations and ensures that a corona discharge can not be activated without suction. The ozone is extracted by a pipe work and discharged to a safe height into the external atmosphere. To reduce the ozone load of the ambient air and comply with local environmental and health and safety regulations the extracted air can be passed directly into an ozone catalyser. Our ozone catalyser is a high performance filter unit designed specifically for ozone destruction in Corona treatment. Since ozone is extremely corrosive, all materials and seals used are corrosion resistant. The housing and all internals are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel. For reliable treatment of the exhaust air, three filter stages are contained within the housing.

AERO CELL GT are deep pleated box style filters with medium efficiencies. It is made from micro fine fiberglass paper media and comes with metal frames. Filters are available in M6 and F8 efficiencies. We offer this is a double header construction. These filters are specially designed to operate in harsh conditions such as Gas Turbines and Air

Aero Cell Single VGT is a highly efficient filter designed to be pulse cleaned. The filters are made up of pleated media and available in F9 and E11/H11 grades. These filters are designed for GT applications. Benefits to be highlighted are High Dust Holding Capacity, Longer life time, design to survive rough conditions, very low pressure drop, durability etc.

AERO CELL MHT filters are designed as a fine filter for drying plants operating at high temperatures. This filter operates at 385 degree Celsius , with lesser pressure drop and longer service life. They replace the conventional deep pleat style filters in similar range. Maximum recommended pressure drop is 250 Pa.

AERO CELL GTP filters are the new generation type high efficiency minipleat box filters available in efficiencies F8 / MERV14, F9 / MERV15 & H10/MERV16. These filters are designed to use in Gas Turbine Systems, VAV systems and Oil Mist Collection. The compact design, larger surface area and low initial resistance made it an ideal alternative to ordinary Bag filters & Box type filters of the similar efficiencies.

AERO HEPA HVHT filters are the new generation high efficiency MiniPleat High Temperature HEPA filters available in a wide range of efficiencies from E10 to E12. AERO HEPA HVHT filters are designed to deal with Hot air filtration in installations where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. Theseare available in Galvanized Steel as well stainless steel frame types.

AERO CELL CG filters are the new generation type high efficiency mini pleat panel filters available in a wide range of efficiencies from M5 to F9(45%to 95%+). AERO CELL CG filters are designed to use in HVAC installations where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. The compact design, larger surface area and low initial resistance made it an Ideal alternative to ordinary bag filters and box type filters of the similar efficiencies.

Aero Cell HTVII filters are new generation high efficiency minipleat high temperature fine filters available in a wide range of efficiencies from M6 toF9. Aero Cell HTVII filters are designed to deal with hot air filtration in installations where the highest degree of air cleaniless is required. Frames aremade up or either Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel. The pleats are separated by glass paper and completely silicon free construction.

AERO CELL C filters are designed to use in HVAC installations where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. The compact design, larger surface area and low initial resistance made it an Ideal alternative to ordinary bag filters and box type filters of the similar efficiencies.

Aero Panel GPF model features Panel filters in Glass fiber media. GPF type filters are Pad and Frame design wherein the filter frame has apermanent heavy duty grid on air exit side and with a removable mesh arrangement in the air entry. This ensures replacing the padsonly when required and hence is an economical solution.

Aero Pleat filters are designed as a pre filter in air conditioning and air intake applications. The filters are made up of cotton and synthetic fibers and areencased in wet strength card boards. Filters are classified with MERV9/F5/EU5 efficiency. Aero Pleat SC filters with standard capacity are made with apleat distribution of 10 pleats per linear foot. Aero Pleat HC filters with high capacity are made with a pleat distribution of 15 pleats per linear foot.

Aero Pleat HT filters are designed as a pre filter operating at high temperatures. The filter operates up to 260° C, with lesser pressure drop and longer service life. Filters are classified with MERV7/G4/EU4 efficiency. They are made with a pleat distribution of 13 pleats per linear foot and are recommended to operate up to 3.17 m/s. These filters are available in 45mm (2”) and 95mm (4”) depths. Filter face area can be custom made in any dimensions and the maximum recommended pressure drop is 300 Pa.

Fan Filter Units are designed to supply HEPA/ULPA puri¬ed air to clean rooms, laboratories, medical facilities or micro environments. They are usuallyinstalled within facility ceiling or oor grid.
