Centrefold plastic film is created by slitting blown film, which is closed on both sides, at the side or down the centre, as desired. It is basically folded flat film. Centrefold film can be used for a wide variety of packaging solutions. One good example is in the furniture industry, which uses centrefold film as furniture covers to protect pieces from dirt and dust. But centrefold film also plays a major role in product packaging in other areas such as e-commerce, the pharmaceutical industry and the textile industry. Blown film consistent quality by the roll At Dürrbeck you can expect a large selection of tubular film in various widths and thicknesses and with a range of features. This variety is important as products vary in their shapes and sizes, and require different levels of protection. Plastic blown film is especially suitable for products with adjustable lengths. Blown film is typically made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE). Polyethylene is affordable, durable, watertight and tear-resistant. Depending on how it will be used, we also produce plastic blown film made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), medium-density polyethylene (MDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). Blown film made of DKFol®-Eco and DKFol®-Eco-Coex offers especially high strength with low thickness. These films allow for a reduction in thickness, without compromising on strength and stability.

Castrol Molub-Alloy 777 NG series (05/20/2021) High-duty lubricating greases Description Castrol Molub-Alloy 777 NG high-duty lubricating grease was developed for high loads in unfavorable environmental conditions . It is manufactured and additived in such a way that it can withstand shock and heavy loads such as those found in the steel industry or in the construction industry, mining and forestry. To produce Castrol Molub-Alloy 777 NG, a mixture of high viscosity mineral oils and polymers are used, which form a tough lubricating film that can withstand shock loads and vibrations. The shear-stable thickener has a very good sealing effect against contamination if mechanical seals are damaged or missing (sealing grease collar on the bearing). The grease contains solid lubricants whose structure has been selected to meet the requirements of harsh operation in heavy industry

They are particularly suitable for long-term and lifetime lubrication, even under extreme mechanical and chemical stress. Application Castrol Molub-Alloy Paste MP is suitable for lubrication points that are exposed to aggressive environmental influences. It is used in systems and machines in the chemical and automotive industries. It comes from vehicle parts such as: B. door stops, which are exposed to extreme influences during production.

mainSENSOR is based on an innovative measuring principle, which has been developed by Micro-Epsilon in order to combine the advantages of both inductive and magnetic sensors. Magneto-inductive sensors are frequently used as alternative to inductive sensors and proximity sensors in process automation, the packaging industry and in machine monitoring. Measuring the distance to a magnet which is fixed at the measurement object, the sensor outputs a continuous, linear signal. As different strength magnets are applied, measuring ranges of between 20 mm and 55 mm can be achieved. However, in order to adapt the measuring range, it is only necessary to change the magnet.
