scanCONTROL 25x0 laser scanners are designed for industrial measurement tasks. The combination of compact design, versatility and signal stability creates an excellent price/performance ratio, especially for measurement tasks involving large quantities. The scanCONTROL 25x0 laser scanners are available with three measuring ranges with either red or blue laser. Optional accessories, different cable types and interface modules enable a wide range of applications in the production line and in machine building.

These high-power bimetal operated temperature switches are available either with normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) contact configuration. The robust round metal enclosure accommodates a resilient preloading disk, a bimetal disk and a silver contact. The compact switch system is covered by means of a plate which also carries a silver contact and is isolated from the enclosure by means of an isolating washer. The resilient preloading disk ensures excellent performance. The resilient preloading disk keeps the contact pressure constant throughout the entire temperature range of the BEDIA switch until switching occurs. The mechanically and electrically unloaded bimetal disk snaps over at a preset temperature, with either opening or closing the contact arrangement. The bimetal will only snap back to its initial condition after the temperature has dropped significantly.

thermoIMAGER TIM 160S infrared cameras are designed for stationary thermography providing an excellent price/performance ratio. These thermal imaging cameras are connected via USB 2.0 to a computer and are promptly ready for use. Various interfaces enable their integration into networks and automated systems.

The K and MK draw-wire sensors are specially designed for series applications with large numbers of pieces. The user benefits from an excellent price/performance ratio and compact sensor dimensions, therefore gaining new potential in design and cost optimization. As well as analog versions with potentiometer, current or voltage output, digital versions with incremental or absolute encoders are available.

The screw-in transmitter LMP 331 has been designed for continuous level measurement and is characterized by an excellent performance and a robust construction. The modular construction allows the user the highest possible flexibility in the adaption of LMP 331. The removal of mineral deposits, concrete, slag, filling compound or similar substances in pipe and sewer systems is made possible by this newly designed nozzle. The substances are separated in their structure by the vibrations in a specific frequency field and detached from the pipe wall. In particular, drainage pipes in landfill or tunnel areas can also be cleaned without any problems. - Not suitable for vitrified clay or clay pipes.
