We know the special requirements of the wastewater industry. Flottweg therefore decided to create a new decanter series solely manufactured for sludge separation, called the Flottweg C Series.

Sewage sludge dewatering offers enormous potential savings for operators of sewage treatment plants. Dewatering sludge means reducing the quantity of sludge for disposal. Depending on system capacity, 1 percent more dry substance can lead to cost savings in the five- to six-digit range. The dewatering performance of the Flottweg Xelletor Series is significantly better than even its predecessors. It sets new benchmarks for throughflow, dry substance, and polymer and energy consumption. In small sewage treatment plants, investment costs play a decisive role. In stationary dewatering systems, for example, the construction of a new building can be significantly costly. You can avoid those costs with mobile container systems for sludge dewatering. Container-based solutions are a practical alternative to fixed dewatering installations.. Our corrugated tubes with integrated valves to reliably vent or drain duct systems. The advantages are obvious: Weight can be saved, the risk of leakage can be reduced and assembly times can be shortened. The inside diameter and the volume are designed according to the flow rate, and the opening and closing characteristics of the valve are designed according to the pressure range. Available materials/maximum operating temperature: PP 100°C PA6 120°C PA12 120°C Application automotive, agriculture and construction engines; for ventilation applications for air filters or fuel systems Our corrugated tubes with integrated connecting geometries (bayonet lock) are made to customers specifications to guarantee reliable connections and to ventilate or drain duct systems. This saves weight and reduces the risk of leakage. The snap-in geometry allows for time-saving and user-friendly assembly and disassembly. Of course we offer a wide range of accessories and nominal sizes.

Our highly flexible drain hoses are fully corrugated, expandable or fitted with integrated cuff sections to establish the best connections. They feature excellent chemical resistance and can be supplied fitted with standard connector adaptors. Available materials/maximum operating temperature: PP / -40°C - + 105°C other materials available upon request Application: sanitary applications (kitchen sink faucets, water trap, overflow pipe etc.)

Our custom blow molded parts such as containers, air conduction tubes, connection tubes and drainage tubes are 3D blow molded, suction blow molded and manipulated by a robot (3-D Roboter Blow Moulding Machine). They are 100 percent leak-proof and guarantee consistent wall thickness. Since the blow molds are developed by and tailored to customer specific requirements, a perfect fit is guaranteed, the number of assembly steps is reduced, weight is reduced and the risk of leakage is minimized.
