In our production we manufacture both customized batteries and standard battery types.

Sensors can be adapted to suit customer-specific applications. Particularly for a large number of pieces, customized sensors can be produced efficiently, which results in considerable cost reductions. The compact PCB which contains the sensor element and the evaluation electronics is responsible for the signal preparation, signal evaluation and signal output. The type of measurement (distance or rotational speed measurement) and the required frequency response are adaptable. In addition, the interfaces offer numerous connectivity options. There are several outputs such as current, voltage, PWM and further digital outputs. The design of the housing, the material and the protection class can be adapted to the specific requirements. In cases where space is limited, the side shifted measurement offers a space-saving alternative. For harsh environments, the sensor is designed with a fully sealed stainless steel housing that withstands high pressure, dirt, aggressive chemicals (acids)

Application examples are often found where the standard versions of the sensors and the controller are performing at their limits. For these special tasks, the measurement systems can be modified according to the customer’s individual requirements. Changes requested include, for example, modified designs, target calibration, mounting options, individual cable lengths, modified measuring ranges or sensors with integrated controller.

Our production facilities are fully up to date. Thanks to the adjustable design of our lines, we can easily implement special solutions. The 3D automatic optical inspection of SMD components combines 2D and 3D inspection at maximum speed. Some of our machines allow an inspection in 360 ° steps. Depending on the machine, excellent dynamic properties and the highest positioning speed can be achieved on the basis of linear drives.

Our fuel lines ensure the safe transport of aggressive substances and allow for easy and time-saving installation thanks to matched connectors. All lines, smooth sections, cuffs and Quick connectors are made to customers specification and guarantee a reliable connection. The flexibility of our corrugated tubes provides a key advantage especially in tanks where space is limited. Depending on the material, the systems are resistant to chemical substances and withstand temperatures up to 140°C. In the field of agricultural and construction machinery, our offer includes blow-moulded parts made of plastic, drainage systems, fuel line systems, air intake systems, air guidance systems, windscreen cleaning systems and various types of tubes. KG considers itself an international partner with the automotive industry, the home appliance industry and the machinery industry in developing technically complex corrugated tubes, corrugated tube systems, protective hoses and fluid transport conduit systems. Our custom blow molded parts for air ducts, clean air, recycled air are 3D blow molded and suction blow molded. They are 100 percent leak-proof and guarantee consistent wall thickness. They provide high stiffness combined with high mechanical strength and have been designed to match the different nominal sizes and inside diameters of our corrugated tubes with cuffs. Our corrugated tubes with integrated containers have been designed to reliably collect and store liquids without running the risk of leakage. The product can be custom-tailored in different nominal sizes, types of containers (with and without lid) and cuff sections to meet customers specifications.

Our corrugated tubes with Quick connectors for ventilation ducts can be supplied to customers specifications with freely selectable smooth sections, variously combined diameters and matched accessories. The integrated Quick connector guarantees for a reliable connection, reduces the risk of leakage, saves weight and shortens assembly times. Our range of fuel tank ventilation products includes all lines, ranging from in-tank vent lines, connectors between fuel tank and suction device to receiving lines, flushing lines and return lines to the activated charcoal filter. Corrugated tube systems / multilayer tube systems that ensure safe operation and a leak-tight connection are designed to customers specification and fitted with integrated valves and fully mounted quick connectors. The systems are flame retardant, withstand temperatures up to 140°C and provide high mechanical strength.

Our custom blow molded parts such as containers, air conduction tubes, connection tubes and drainage tubes are 3D blow molded, suction blow molded and manipulated by a robot (3-D Roboter Blow Moulding Machine). They are 100 percent leak-proof and guarantee consistent wall thickness. Since the blow molds are developed by and tailored to customer specific requirements, a perfect fit is guaranteed, the number of assembly steps is reduced, weight is reduced and the risk of leakage is minimized.
