High-quality blown film forms the basis for Dürrbeck’s tailor-made packaging solutions. Depending on the size, weight and volume of the goods to be packaged, the bottom seal bag and the flat bag are among the most popular types of packaging. Universal plastic bags for various purposes, they are ideal for storing and protecting pharmaceuticals, food, small electrical parts or building materials and textiles against dust, dirt or the elements. Our bottom seal bags are made for smaller-sized contents, flat bags for bulky and heavy items (from 400 x 600 mm). Bottom seal bags and flat plastic bags are easily manufactured plastic bags made of polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE, MDPE) – without side gussets, closures or the like. This type of packaging offers excellent protection and is an attractive, effective way to present your products.

No matter where you look, laminating film is a must in countless areas of everyday life. From construction materials to surgical drapes and other specialised applications, our laminating film does a great job wherever it is used. It serves as reinforcement for bitumen sheeting, allowing it to be processed. The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP transport platform is the new powerhouse from GEDA. Thanks to the innovative GEDA SVARIO-MAST system, the transport platform is guided on only one mast and has a load capacity of 2500 kg. This makes it easy to transport heavy construction materials to their place of use up to a height of 200 m. The comfortable and large platform with dimensions of 1.45 m x 3.55 m can transport construction materials and up to 7 passengers quickly and safely. The extremely high platform (2.60 m) makes transporting bulky goods easy. For loading the platform on a lorry, the roof can simply be lowered to 2.10 m. With two separate controls, the GEDA 2500 Z/ZP can be used simply as a material hoist with a lifting speed of 40 m/min or as a transport platform for passengers and materials with a lifting speed of 12 m/min. The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP expands the versatile transport platform range and offers another solution for the individual conditions at your construction site.

These rack and pinion hoists with steel segment masts have earned their good reputation over the years being a reliable partner for construction workers. Their spacious load platforms offer enough space for two wheelbarrows or large pallets as well as fixing devices for bulky construction materials. The steel mast system allows for easy assembly from the platform up to a height of 100 m. Safe unloading of the transported materials is granted by the platform's being able to be turned by 90°. Loading at the base unit is carried out parallel to the building. This can be very space saving and a decisive feature on narrow construction sites! A patented mono-axis trailer for transporting and automatically putting down/ loading the hoist is offered as accessory. The GEDA 500 Z Duo is available with load-through and rotable platform.

These Duplex Vacuum Systems consist of an air ejector, two Vectra XL350 liquid ring vacuum pumps, interconnecting piping and related instrumentation. The vacuum pumps and ejector are manufactured in Aluminum Bronze and the piping interconnections are manufactured in Fiberglass Reinforced Epoxy. These special materials of construction ensure the usual Nash reliability even in the harsh conditions of offshore production.
