The functions for MIN or MAX monitoring as well as other properties (output signal LSS or HSS, response delay etc.) are factory pre-set. The switch point is adjustable by means of a teach-in momentary switch.

The NR 260 is a capacitive level sensor for monitoring liquids. It is designed for use in fuel cells. The material is also suited to applications in the chemical industry for monitoring aggressive media. The functions for MIN or MAX monitoring as well as other properties (output signal LSS or HSS, response delay etc.) are factory pre-set. The TLS 100 tube sensor works on the capacitive measuring principle and detects the presence of a liquid in a plastic tube. These plastic tubes may also be mounted as a by-pass on a compensator in order to signal the required medium level in containers. The sensor is simply snapped onto the tube at the ideal level of the medium and provides versatile usage for a wide range of applications in medical equipment, the food stuffs industry etc. The sensor can additionally be fixed by means of the two mounting lugs to ensure a tight fit on the tube. Caution The switch point is factory pre-set so as to lie exactly between the two mounting clips. When readjusting the switch point, please observe that it again lies between the two clips. A mass surface in the proximity (< 10 mm) may influence the switch point and may necessitate a readjustment.

The capacitive level sensor BEDIA NR 150 is suitable for liquids with low relative dielectric constant εr 1,8 … 6 (ref. εr 2,1). It has a MIN/MAX selector switch and the functions for MIN or MAX monitoring as well as other properties (output signal LSS or HSS, response delay etc.) are factory pre-set. The switch point is adjustable by means of a teach-in momentary switch.

Compact braided round copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, in hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.10 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.047 mm² to 25 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). Round copper braids are characterised by a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very high Flex life. They are absolute free from twist and support an automatic further processing. Compact braided round copper flexibles are particularly suitable for carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches or aviation industry.

Suitable for earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

Made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 25 mm² to 120 mm². Our flat-rolled fabric tapes are characterised by straight rectangular edges with a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and very close tolerances. There is an adjustable degree of compaction, with cross-section remaining unchanged, as well as an easy combination of different cross-sections laid on top of each other (modular system). Contured, braided copper tapes have an improved weldability in automated production processes for manufacturing of earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.
