Our production facilities are fully up to date. Thanks to the adjustable design of our lines, we can easily implement special solutions. We have the latest generation Rehm reflow soldering systems. In particular with regard to temperature zones, they are exceedingly efficient. The soldering process takes place in a protective atmosphere. In the reflow soldering process, we process through-hole and SMD components. The number of work stages, sources of error and thermal loads is reduced. In the reflow process we are also able to solder through-hole components, thereby reducing sources of error and repeated thermal load and work stages.

Suitable for light wood in indoor and roofed outdoor areas. Anti-Yellowing Finish reduces the natural darkening and yellowing caused by UV-rays. It is ready to use out of the can and additionally reduces shrinkage, cracking and swelling which increases the durability of the wood and subsequent coatings. Anti-Yellowing Finish keeps any discoloration due to exposure to light on furniture, floors and wall and ceiling cladding made from light wood such as maple, beech, spruce and pine to a minimum.

By specially coordinating goods movements, LNG terminals, and shaker technology, even the smallest drill holes can be optimally flushed and coated. Specialized system technology ensures optimal layer thickness distribution, on both a micro and macro level. By continuously monitoring all process parameters, such as temperatures, flow rates, conductance, pH levels, shaker function, and processing time, we are able to achieve an error rate of almost 0 ppm.  

Modern system technology helps ensure more efficient processes. This helps to increase system performance and optimize raw material consumption, while ensuring compliance with production specifications. We develop, build, and install systems for circuit board production worldwide, providing maintenance and replacement parts for most existing systems. Processes we have handled include treatment systems for circuit board plating lines (pattern and panel plating, including in reverse pulse plating technology), as well as systems using dipping basket technology for chemical treatment (including ENIG nickel/gold, ENEPIG nickel/palladium/gold, or immersion tin). We have designed lines ranging from multi-row lines with hoists, including for double goods carriers, and integrating automatic loading and unloading stations with customized frame and chamber solutions.

Aero Pleat filters are designed as a pre filter in air conditioning and air intake applications. The filters are made up of cotton and synthetic fibers and areencased in wet strength card boards. Filters are classified with MERV9/F5/EU5 efficiency. Aero Pleat SC filters with standard capacity are made with apleat distribution of 10 pleats per linear foot. Aero Pleat HC filters with high capacity are made with a pleat distribution of 15 pleats per linear foot.
