We assemble piece by piece according to your specifications up to the creation of assemblies. Korrodin is your partner when it comes to assembling or creating smaller assemblies. We pack the exact piece according to your specifications or create an assembly directly so that the goods can be installed directly by you!

We can produce the parts you require using specific tools or on special-purpose machines. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with strip thicknesses of 0.10 to 3.00 and with strip widths of up to 100 mm – depending on the material used. The manufacturing processes that we offer include: Punching, forming, embedding, welding, bolting, riveting and mounting. We perform the assembly of small batches by hand, while larger volumes are performed automated if you so wish. Our hybrid sub-assembly production includes the over-moulding of punched parts made of wire or metal with a variety of plastics or silicones. In order to ensure that the desired braking element features optimum properties, we make use of both the temperature durability and the haptic advantages of silicone and the weight advantage of plastic when combining these materials in this fashion. Guide tube assemblies, a combination of springs and tubes, are part of the hybrid component portfolio.

The Gmöhling serving trolley is modular in structure and thoughtfully designed to the very last detail. We offer trolleys with 2, 3 or 4 shelves. The height and number of shelves can also be changed. The shelves are also available in 2 versions: in aluminium or stainless steel. To cut transport costs, we offer our serving trolley in an unassembled basic version for easy self-assembly. The serving trolley, also referred to as a shelf trolley, is used for serving, transport and temporary storage. Our glass assembly equipment lifts and fits windows and panes of up to 1300 kg to the millimetre, even overhead, and are built narrowly so that they can fit through doors and move down corridors. Using the battery-operated pane setter is a foolproof way to avoid awkward and heavy manual lifting. Remote control allows you to ensure the self-driver is always under control.

Under remote control panes can be manoeuvred in up to 4 axes and set safely and easily in any height and position, even with an up to 300 kg load. Fitted with cable remote control.

SPIROL's Series LP500 Latch Pins for Plastics are designed with a barb located under the head with a barb length equal to the width of the outermost section of the assembly. The remaining length of the LP500 Latch Pin is smooth without any other retention features. This allows the LP500 Latch Pin for Plastic to easily align and freely install through all of the holes with a plastic assembly until the barb makes contact with the final hole to securely lock the pin in place. Once fully installed, the handle will pivot freely around the non-barbed end of the stationary pin. The head prevents the LP500 Latch Pin from being over-installed, and enables the pin to be mechanically oriented for automatic installation. Manufactured from lightweight, lead free aluminium, SPIROL's LP500 Latch Pins for Plastics are available in three standard diameters: 3mm, 4mm and 5mm.

SPIROL's Series 880 Coiled Spring Pin was designed specifically for use as the hinge pin for PC board card lock and ejector clip mechanisms. The quality of the hinge is unsurpassed by other fastening methods due to the low insertion force and compression of the pin during and after installation. As with all Coiled Spring Pins, the Series 880 hinge pin for PC board card locks and ejector clips is self-retaining, and thus no secondary processes are required for retention. The Coiled Pin's uniform radial spring force results in a controlled hinge movement that remains consistent throughout the life of the assembly.

Best way is to clean mechanically first (for example, with a wire brush) and then with OKS 2610/OKS 2611 universal cleaner. Apply the paste evenly and thinly with a brush, spatula, etc. Remove excesses. Do not use paste instead of grease and mix only with suitable lubricants.

Our assembly lifts are ingenious - with a max. lift height of 7.9 m, it helps to safely manoeuvre loads of up to 500 kg. One of the decisive advantages of this assembly lift is that, during glass pane assembly, the vacuum suction cups can be driven to the facade without problems, as Heavydrive uses counter weights. With conventional lifts, for exhibition stand construction or sound engineering, the lifting carriage is underneath the lifted object. With our models, this would be disruptive. Last but not least, this practical all-rounder is folded by hand and, if needed, even fits into a car. It is hand driven and therefore requires hardly any servicing. Movable under a load of 500 kg.
