In addition to complete OEM devices, Gronbach produces a wide range of mechanical components for the household appliance industry, which are characterised by dimensional accuracy and durability. Our products can be used both in the visible area of kitchens and gastronomic facilities and as ready-to-install functional components. We develop and produce material- and production-optimized according to your specific requirements. In addition, we develop and produce material- and production-optimised designs of assemblies according to individual customer-specific requirements, e.g. hinges, front panels, frames and pull-outs, and assemble these ready for installation. We realize small series of special products as well as large series.

SPIROL's FH400 Headed Barbed Pin has a series of barbs extending down the entire length of the pin. Headed Barbed Pins are a great replacement for self-tapping screws in plastic assemblies as Barbed Pins are installed into standard moulded (or drilled) holes, they install much faster than screws, and they eliminate issues associated with cross-threaded or skewing during installation. Unlike screws that resist back-out (or loosening) by being tightened to a preset torque, Barbed Pins are retained by the plastic backfilling over the aggressively-designed barbs. The head provides a positive stop and is also used to retain a thin component to a thicker component within an assembly. SPIROL's FH400 Headed Barbed Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from Ø2mm to Ø6mm and inch diameters ranging from Ø.078" (5/64) to Ø.250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

SPIROL offers robust, vertical installation machines specifically designed to post-mould install Compression Limiters into a variety of plastic assemblies. The machines can install a single Compression Limiter or multiple Compression Limiters simultaneously into various polymers, thermoplastics and thermosets. SPIROL’s Compression Limiter Installation Machines are versatile solutions designed to be retooled to accommodate changing part configurations. All designs incorporate standardized machine components to reduce factory lead time, improve component reliability, and lower component costs. SPIROL also specializes in application-specific fixtures to ensure that all assembly components are held accurately in place through the installation process.

Some of SPIROL's standard Pin Installation Models can be equipped with a pusher punch (in place of a pin insertion quill) to press Threaded Inserts into plastic assemblies. The most appropriate Installation Machine depends on the actual insertion force required to press the Insert into the plastic hole and the desired productivity. Generally speaking, the Model PMH Heavy Duty Installation Machine is typically used for low to medium volume installation, and for medium to high volume installation, SPIROL's Model PH/PHX Platen-Style Installation Machines can be used for simultaneous installation of several Press-In Inserts at the same or different elevations. Due to the length to diameter ratio of Press -In Inserts, it is not possible to cost-effectively tube feed this type of Threaded Insert with SPIROL's automatic feeding and Installation machines.

Offered with or without a head, Straight Pins are distinguished by their uniformity. The chamfered ends are more consistent than tumbled edges—making installation with automatic assembly equipment more reliable. Straight Pins are retained by compressing the host, not the inflexible solid pin. They are suitable for use in plastics for press-fit applications limited to those cases where the host material can withstand compression in the order of 0.05mm – 0.08mm (.002” – .003”). Straight Pins are often used to replace Ground Dowels in applications that do not require the tight tolerances of a Ground Dowel.

Our corrugated tubing systems for use in renewable energies enable increased efficiency thanks to an increased surface area resulting from the corrugated design. In addition, they withstand high mechanical loads, also internal pressure loads, and are highly flexible. Individually adapted cuffs that match commercially available fittings and welded cuffs allow for easy installation and reduce assembly time. The solar hose made by FRÄNKISCHE INDUSTRIAL PIPES is ideal for solar water heating (from 24°C to 30°C). The hose is made of high-quality PE and is durably resistant against saltwater, chlorine, UV radiation and therefore best suited for solar service water heating. Due to pre-molded couplings, it can be split individually and even installed in already existing filter cycles.

The divisible corrugated conduits from FRÄNKISCHE Industrial Pipes offer the perfect solution for retrofit application of cable protection, also pre-assembled cable harnesses with already installed connectors. This divisible conduit type is suitable for applications in which cables or pipelines have to be marked separately. The suitable accessories from FRÄNKISCHE Industrial Pipes enable clean laying and fixing of pipes that are safely protected by FIPSPLIT - divisible corrugated pipes.

Angle encoder modules from HEIDENHAIN are combinations of angle encoders and high-precision bearings that are optimally adjusted to each other. They are characterized by their high degree of measuring and bearing accuracy, their very high resolution, as well as optimum repeatability. The low starting torque permits smooth motions. SRP angle encoder modules are additionally equipped with an integrated torque motor. They therefore combine a motor, precision bearing and encoder with very high accuracy in one compact system. The torque motor with its very low detent torque enables extraordinarily smooth motion control. Neither disruptive detent torques nor radial forces impair the high guideway accuracy of the bearing. Thanks to their design as completely specifi ed and tested composite assemblies, handling and installation is very simple.

In the production phase, our experienced engineers will implement our innovative ideas in turn-key plants. The close coordination between our project managers and our assembly teams ensures efficient and high-quality production results. After the successful completion of the test phase, the plant will be handed over to you. Safety certificates and declarations of conformity (CE marking) will be issued upon your request. Electrical Assembly esmo automation provides and installs electrical cabinet systems and components as per customer specifications. We will check your equipment prior to commissioning, and support you in any maintenance issues as well. Furthermore, we conduct safety checks and adapt obsolete facilities to current standards. Design + Engineering We plan and design control cabinets and create wiring diagrams for your individual applications. With the support of professional tools, such as EPLAN P8, we develop customized designs.

4D_Additive reads all common CAD-formats with the PMI and processes them as an exact B-Rep geometry. Hereby makes it possible to test, repair and prepare the 3D-models according to the CAD engineering standard. The software has innovative features such as 3D-nesting, collision checking and distance control for automated and safe assembly of the installation space. The dynamic roughness analysis can be used to determine the optimal alignment of the components in order to generate the best possible surface. Another module is to generate automatic support geometry, which is necessary for SLA or SLM. The innovative Texture Module, allows the user to access more than 5,000 different texture surface structures. With the latest version of the 4D_Additive Software Suite, we presenting a new batch tool for a fully automated, fast and reliable nesting.
