The Multilift II clean has now been added to the range. It has been deliberately developed for use in the clean room. A special shroud for the DC motor with brushes of the lifting column means discharge of particles is kept to a minimum. To verify its suitability for use in clean rooms, the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA carried out a particle emissions test as per DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and certified the lifting column for use in clean rooms up to a globally valid class 4.

The small drum pump JUNIORFLUX with fixed motor FEM 3070 is especially suitable for pumping comparably small quantities out of containers such as canisters or drums of up to 200 litres. The small outer tube diameter allows pumping even out of narrow openings. The pump kit consists of pump with motor, 2 m hose and hand nozzle. Checking is better: with our compact measuring unit, you can detect the wrong brush pressure and correct it immediately. The wrong brush pressure is often the cause of serious problems in motors and generators. This includes brush wear that is too high or irregular, sparking, high commutator or slip ring wear, or carbon-brush breakage. Compact, light, and easy to handle: with our brush-pressure unit, you can measure the carbon-brush pressure precisely and in a matter of seconds. The large display provides an immediate reading from 0.1 to 50 N.

Following product changes or a surface defect detected by the monitoring equipment, the aected mat section has to be rejected and discharged in time before reaching the ContiRoll®-infeed.
