The ball sector valve type 4032 with high resolution motor actuator providing over 8,000 steps of resolution in 90° of travel. Developed as a basis weight control valve for paper production, this high precision control valve is also used in other industries where the highest demands are placed on control quality and positioning accuracy.

Electric cylinders are self-locking. So they do not need energy when they stand still. This makes the electric cylinders to be an interesting alternative to pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Powerful DC motors, signal lines, potentiometers and Hall-ICs for position indication, as well as integrated end switches uncomplicatedly serve for meeting the most frequent requirements.

The GEMÜ 539 2/2-way globe valve has a hollow shaft actuator and is electrically operated. The eSyDrive hollow shaft actuator can be operated as an OPEN/CLOSE actuator or as an actuator with integrated positioner or process controller. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. A wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage. The DDA Direct Drive Motor is a rotary actuator that directly drives a rotary table with a motor without using any speed reducing mechanism such as a belt or reduction gears. With the ESX-MBC, we present a new CAN-J1939 module especially for the agricultural and construction machine sector, to control electric motors and actuators in a performance range of up to 200 W. It provides four fast PWM half bridges (each 10 A) with current measurement and two further digital power outputs (each 4 A). Of these, two half bridges respectively, which can be combined to form one motor full bridge, and one digital output are supplied via a safety relay (max. 15 A per safety relay). The module also possesses four multifunction inputs, one module identification output, one digital output and one fixed voltage output for sensor supply. All analog signals are processed with a 12-bit resolution.
