We can create mobile platforms on request. Discuss your mobile platform requirements with us. For mobile platforms we generally use GRP construction profiles manufactured in accordance with EN 13706 / E23. This ensures that the platform has a minimum loadbearing capacity. These GRP construction profiles typically have an isopolyester resin matrix. For structures that are exposed to higher chemical stress, we can also use profiles with a vinyl ester resin matrix. If profiles need to be connected with angle brackets, we generally use V4A stainless steel connectors. We do not use short GRP remnants for such connections because they are not sturdy enough.

The Lödige laboratory tablet coater has a modular design, so that integration of any components is customised according to the customer’s specific requirements. A dividable drum and a dividable nozzle arm allow processing of even very small volumes (0.6 l). The coater and the optionally available liquid supply station consist of Corian®, a highly resistant, light-weight, FDA-approved material, which is crucial for the particularly functional and modern design of the laboratory coater system. The laboratory coater is not just a “laboratory machine”, but a full coating system, in which process conditions comparable to those of Lödige production coaters are generated. The mobile laboratory coater incl. the drum for the tablets and drawer for the nozzle arm and tool form the base unit. For high force precision flanging tasks: Portable Kraftformers from ECKOLD This mobile C-frame is generally used for forming and adjusting tasks that require extra force. It is the perfect solution for the flanging of cylinders, baffles and cones as well as for flange repairs. Thanks to the exchangeable tool inserts, the Multiformer is a universal machine that can be configured to handle virtually any forming task. Its roller stops allow for accurate workpiece guidance through the machine. The portable Kraftformer MKF 130/16 is designed for the forming of steel sheets with a thickness from 4.0 to 10.0 mm and for 4.0 to 8.0 mm stainless steel. The portable, battery-operated KAL 84 calibration system combines a pressure transmitter and pressure gauge. These can be used to test and calibrate pressure sensors and other pressure gauges for low pressures both quickly and easily. A high degree of accuracy and excellent reproducibility of results combined with a robust design give the system all the functionalities required for laboratory and service applications. Calibration in mmHg (optional) makes the system ideal for applications in accordance with the regulations for users of medical products, e.g. blood pressure monitors and infusion/suction pumps.

The MX-1000 is ideal for reading 1-D/2-D or DPM codes on automotive parts and label-based barcodes on packages and equipment. The flexible design accepts a variety of both current and future generation mobile devices and augments their capability in a fully ruggedized housing tough enough to stand up to the most challenging environments. The industrial-grade, rugged housing can handle up to 50 drops from 2 meters onto concrete. It is IP-65 sealed and uses inductive wireless charging so there are no exposed electrical contacts to wear out or fail.
