The premium dual-channel pyrodetector meets the most demanding measurement applications for the analysis of N2O (nitrous oxide) in environments from -20 to 85 °C. It achieves an especially high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W. The optical filter with a CWL of 4525 ± 20 nm and a HBW of 83 ± 6 nm as well as an additional reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm) match the characteristics of the gas exactly. NDIR gas analysis in aerospace, industrial process and exhaust gas measurement or anesthetic gas monitoring in medical are typical application fields for the MPS2SENS nitrous oxide. The pyroelectric detector shows less sensitivity to external influences through internal signal amplification. Likewise, temperature fluctuations have only a minor influence due to the low thermal mass of the membrane. The special Micro-Hybrid product design allows a higher read-out rate up to 100 Hz and short response times of the dual detector.

The NDIR bundle industrial gases consists of optimally matched thin-film infrared emitters and various IR thermopile detectors for gas analysis in industrial applications. The set includes ten components for commonly measured gases such as CO2, CO, hydrocarbons, nitrogen compounds and alcohols: four JSIR 350 series IR emitters in various TO packages and six matched thermopile IR detectors with two or four channels of the MTS 200 series. In the development project, the NDIR bundle supports several goals: short-term delivery of IR components without minimum order, evaluation of components or testing of different components in the measurement system. Fast test results in development help to gain a decisive advantage on the way to market maturity of the series product. Micro-Hybrid is the only supplier worldwide to produce both IR components for gas analysis - practically and quickly available in one box.

Intensive vertical mixing of the container ingredients in the micro and macro range. An additional downstream shear ring dispersion is not necessary. Due to optimal dispersion performance, high efficiency and easy handling of the mixing tools used, the Dispermix meets the high requirements of demanding production processes for the introduction of liquids or powders into liquid. Agglomerates are crushed and thus better wetting of the powder with the liquid. Different slot widths allow the adaptation to the corresponding application. The Dispermix head generates two differently directed liquid streams. A vertical partial flow is directed straight to the vessel bottom, where it is divided and circulates the entire vessel contents. A second partial stream is deflected horizontally in the Dispermix head and guided through the dispersion zone. Solid particles and/or droplets are reliably comminuted and homogeneously distributed.
