The TransiTec discharge and metering device type DZR is a flat-bottom discharge device which is placed under cylindrical hoppers. The scraper arms provide for the flow of material and the continious feed of the dosing device(s) underneath. The discharge unit DZR can be installed under bag unloading stations as well as under container emptying stations, big bag emptying stations or buffer hopper. This discharge device for poor flowing and bridbuilding bulk materials consists of a cylindrical hopper with welded or boltet flat bottom. The cylindrical hopper ensures that the product flows evenly. An over the flat bottom rotating scraper, driven by geared motor, ensures a constant filling of the underlying dosing device or other aggregate (conveyor, screw, rotary valve, etc.).

The AViTEQ Hopper discharge unit is used below hoppers, silos, bunkers or bulk containers for flowable bulk materials and serves as a combined closure, discharge, transportation and metering device. It is used where high material flows are required. Short hopper discharge units are mounted directly below the bulk hopper. Depending on the bulk material, the discharge unit can be fitted with appropriate protective linear and sealing systems. Guided Radar (TDR) Level Meter This device  is a 2-wire TDR level meter for measuring distance, level, volume and mass of liquids and solids. Its simple, compact design allows service technicians to quickly assemble the probe and attach it to a threaded connection. It is an affordable solution for applications that do not require a high level of accuracy and is also an excellent alternative to traditional level controls such as RF Capacitance, conductive and DP transmitters. The display can be ordered with the device or as an accessory. It shows measurement data on a 128 × 64 pixel screen. The high-resolution oval wheel meter series OD is a compact dosing oval wheel meter with a direct volume output to the Compact Controller including dispensing and measuring functions. They are fitted with Tri-Clamp connections and a high-resolution Wiegand sensor for measuring Newtonian, non-abrasive liquids such as water, oil, grease, etc. Meters of the Flowal® series are based on a robust concept , have a very simple design and can be adapted to a wide field of applications. The Dosing Mass flow Meter extends the range of Dosing Sensors with special attention to the dosage of non-conductive media and direct mass dosage. The devices are designed in a very compact way and can be connected directly to the Compact Controller. The sensor outputs are compatible to those provided by our magnetic-inductive flowmeter with Converter Card UV14. The Dogigree pet food folding box boasts an integrated metered dispensing device. Intelligent folding and the second chamber thus created enable dispensing of the exact quantity of pet food. The pet owner only needs to turn the pack upside down once for the dispensing chamber to fill up with the food. The cardboard packaging can be easily opened and resealed by means of a special mechanism in the lid.

This device consists of a hopper with an horizontally (or sometimes inclined) scraper, which avoids bridge building. At the bottom of the hopper, a metering device takes charge of the product and conveys it.

The container emptying station consists of a frame to fix on the ground, a vibrating frame fixed on vibration damper, and one product reception hopper. Depending of the flow properties of the product, this hopper will be designed in conical shape to fix a spiral conveyor (in cas of good flowing product) or in cylindrical shape with an anti-bridging and metering device DZR DM or ZFP DM (for bad flowing products) The vibrating frame ensures the discharge of the product out of the container into the hopper. The anti bridging and metering device DZR beneath the hopper ensures the discharge of the product out of the hopper und doses the product at the same time to the place the product is needed. Depending of the conveying distance, one or more intermediate conveyors have to be set in place. This unit is standardly conceived for rigid containers with a capacity up to 2 m3 or 2 tons.
