With the Alumero lightweight elevation, you can increase the module inclination by 5 – 7° (depending on the arrangement of the module) with trapezoidal sheet metal roofing. With only a slight roof pitch, this can noticeably increase the yield and the self-cleaning effect of the modules. Elevated installation results in larger row spacing. The further development of our deburring grinding plates are our patented deburring segments FAPI-FLEX-SAT (patent no. DE20304860 U1). These advanced deburring segments were developed in collaboration with the company Timesavers from the Netherlands. Fast, safe and clean deburring or edge rounding of sheet metal parts is no longer a problem when using these tools. Deburring grinding segments can also be individually adapted depending on the application. ECKOLD Kraftformer KF 800 - Forming machine for stretching, shrinking, planishing and doming. With its huge horizontal throat of 800 mm, the Kraftformer KF 800 allows new possibilities to fabricate large-scale sheet metal parts. The machine is air driven and released by a foot pedal, either in single or continuous stroke mode. The single stroke function combined with the big throat is especially useful for correction jobs. Depending on the need of forming force, the machine has two stroke settings. A digital display shows the ram position with a 0.1 mm precision which results in a high repeatability of the forming force. The machine is adjustable in height. Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Note that depending on the application a safety factor of 2 or 3 has to be included.

Laser cutting or laser fine cutting of metal, we can precisely process all metallic, non-toxic materials in material thicknesses from 0.2 to 2.0 mm. With our high-precision 1kW fiber laser (Nd: YAG with a wavelength of 1064nm) in combination with highly dynamic linear drives, we can produce your laser cuts in copper and brass. Due to our extremely small focus of 0.05mm, we usually create a cutting cag/ clearance of 0.07mm, so that the most delicate contours (especially inner contours) can be realized without mechanical stress, as the processing takes place without contact. This enables high-quality and precise prototypes and small series in contract manufacturing using cutting lasers. Accuracies of +/- 0.01mm, which are required in the sealing area for plastic overmolding for complete plugs or housings. The Deburring & Edge Rounding Machines are available with 3 different passage widths. They have various performance spectrums, which are individually adapted to the modular principle customizable and configurable to customer requirements.
