Depending on the medication and the propellant (CFC or HFA), different materials are used. We produce our containers from aluminium and stainless steel. While stainless steel containers are usually used uncoated, aluminium containers can also be offered in a coated version. Our containers are used as primary packaging for the administration of aerosol medication by inhaler. Patients worldwide use MDI (metered-dose inhalers) to treat respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD.

By measuring torque, the CapStar can ensure the correct level of tension is in place on a wide range of caps and closures such as on medicinal or cosmetics containers, drinks bottles or food jars etc. With the CapStar’s clear display and easy-to-view torque results, operators are able to guarantee production quality whilst ensuring contents – which could be potentially harmful – remain sealed and secured. The CapStar helps to ensure the safety of products, prevent leaks and reduce the ergonomic issues associated with these products without compromising on safety, quality or freshness. For optimal power management, the CapStar automatically switches to the highest voltage power source to save on battery life, yet still giving the option to pick it up and unplug to seamlessly run on battery power. The CapStar is supplied with an adjustable component fixture for measuring bottles and containers, and is available in 2Nm, 4Nm and 6Nm ranges.

This Peli ® -case were developed for certain sizes of weapons, wherein several kinds of weapons and equipment of authorities, military and security services can be stored and transported. Not only lifestyle medicines and cosmetic products are targeted, life-saving pharmaceuticals are also counterfeited. This development can also be observed in the market for spare parts. This is why we have developed SECUPACK®. Primary and secondary packaging from all industries are labelled as originals, for example folded boxes, tubes, cans, phials, blisters and closures made of different materials. With SECUPACK® a product's distribution channel can be uninterruptedly retraced from the manufacturer to the wholesaler and the retailer. Counterfeits are quickly withdrawn from circulation and do not make their way into the trade circuit. Especially with pharmaceuticals, it is crucial that primary packaging contains the correct medicine and is unambiguously identifiable as original.
