The MR-21 measuring wheel has a quality counter that accurately records distances in the running direction and in the opposite direction. The run rubber is ground at exactly 318.5 mm diameter with a convenient zero-setting lever next to the counter.The MR-21has a maximum accuracy of 0.02 percentand is certified with a test label. The frame of the measuring wheel is welded by robot to ensure consistent quality over time, and the device also includes an auxiliary arm and an integrated brake. In addition, the quality indicator is "made in Germany" and is conveniently located over the running wheel for easy reading. The folding guide rod is aluminum and the device is equipped with a spoke wheel.

Particular Challenge: For the assessment of rotating parts, numerous parameters have to be taken into consideration: Concentricity, radial run-out and axial run-out (i.e. wobble); furthermore thickness, diameter, planarity and the absence of surface defects had to be examined. The solution developed by QuellTech consists in a configuration of three Q6 Laser Laser Scanners.Each of the lateral surfaces is assigned to its own scanner. In order to enable the thickness precisely to be determined, both laser lines are mutually oriented in opposite direction. The third scanner inspects the outer circumference of the wheel, this way measuring diameter and radial run-out. All of these scanners are subject to encoder signals supplied by the rotary axis and synchronously triggered, so possible defects on the wheel can precisely be localized. The measurement takes place at a resolution of ca. 30 µm, and a cloud comprising several millions of points are obtained.

IDS 80 OIL HEATER FANThe robust IDS 80 oil fan heater for fast, uncomplicated heating - mobile heating power on wheels This oil heater fan of the IDS pro series is especially suitable for longer heating applications, because it is possible to connect an external oil tank in addition to the integrated fuel container. The double-walled housing with protective coating ideally absorbs sound, minimizes surface temperature and thus the risk of injuries. Electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling are further safety measures. The carriage and big wheels provide sufficient flexibility. Sensors of the series HG are used for speed measurement, for example of gear wheels, under extreme conditions, high temperatures, humidity, contaminated or oily environment and mechanical stress. Based on the Hall sensor principle the sensor detects moving ferro-magnetic metal parts. EGE speed monitoring sensors can be modified based on your own ideas.
