With the technology of the SPIES MM we have developed an innovative process to be able to decorate curved products as well. The state-of-the-art in-mold labeling (IML) process allows us to produce curved shapes as 1-material packaging and consequently 100% recyclable. Resource-saving, sustainable and future-oriented. In addition to a well-working recycling process, a functioning circular economy also requires extensive possibilities for using the recycled material. The use of mechanically recycled post-consumer recycled material is not yet feasible in the food industry at the present time and is prohibited by law. At the end of its useful life, 100% of our packaging made from recycled material can be returned to the recycling loop.

With the servo X e-com you are ideally equipped to meet the demands of film packaging for the e-commerce, mail order and logistics sectors. Whether dealing with the direct dispatch of individual goods, packing groups of products or meeting the complex requirements of returned goods packaging for example, the servo X e-com packs goods with a minimum use of film and automatically adjusts the film bags with four sealed sides to the product's length as standard. To support the precise fitting of shipping bags, the servo X e-com fit model also adjusts the bag size to the product's width so that the machines fully automatically adjust to varying product sizes during the packaging process. Furthermore, packaging with upper and lower film enables a greater scope for branding, for example with two-tone shipping bags. Additional options include the ability to add an easy-opening perforation to the bags as well as inserting a double-sided adhesive tape for resealing a bag for returns.

Manufactured from 100 % recycled and GRS-certified polyester yarn, PurMop BLACK® D3-SR is the epitome of sustainability in cleanroom cleaning. The material is made of post-consumer PET-bottles, with approximately 5 bottles being used for each cleanroom mop. Thanks to the newly developed, 100 % microfiber loops with enhanced length and high-performance inserts, D3-R boasts great fluid absorption, resulting in large area capacity. This mop combines performance and eco-friendliness like no other, bringing real sustainability and ergonomics to manual cleaning. The SPIES FC is the completely recyclable monomaterial-alternative to our SPIES PC and impresses with a combination of an injection-molded skeleton and its minimal wallthickness, thanks to the use of thick film. Your desired article geometry can be developed individually.

Water Retention Box made of recycled PP material. With high temporary and possibly permanent retention volume in combination with a Flow Control System for specific regulation of water discharge and/or water storage.

Based on carbon and glass fibers, we produce isotropic non-wovens with different fiber orientations and lengths. The non-wovens are made of 100% recycled materials.
