The abrasive debarking tools make the rotor debarker the rst choice for logs that are especially hard to debark and for frozen wood. The narrow design ensures the parallel position of the logs in the machine. The modular design allows high exibility for a needs-based log feed. Of course, we also “bend the rules” when it comes to our round headboards, either in solid wood or wood veneer. With our bending and moulding machine and the 5axis CNC machines, we produce (almost) any desired shape and radius. In addition to producing individual pieces of wood, our services also include the associated finishing and processing. You receive varnished and securely packed wooden parts.

Naturally, we also make “simple” furniture parts for other manufacturers according to any given design or pattern. We make wooden chair legs or sofa and table parts in any style you want, from bold baroque shapes to minimalistic straightline forms.

As a supplier to the furniture industry, we manufacture bent or roundcut fronts of solid wood in a variety of wood types (beech, oak, maple, red alder, etc.). For example, our products include solid wood doors, front panels for drawers, round frame doors, and doors for display cabinets. With respect to 3D features, our use of 5axis CNC technology allows us to realise every element with the utmost precision radii, contours, borings, mitre joints, etc. Do you have special requirements for the cut and surface finish? No problem!

Thanks to the robust steel frame, our T-Rex CNC mill enables you to produce precisely, quickly and cleanly. Even with workpieces made of hard material, you will achieve ideal results, thanks to the high stability of the CNC machine, which is guaranteed by the robust construction. On this machine, you can even process thicker plate material, as the clearance height of the Z-axis is 200 mm. Versatile application possibilities: drilling, cutting or engraving in different materials such as plastic, wood, granite, marble, stone and metal can be done with high accuracy. The thin coating has a high friction coefficient and therefore an antislip protection. The permanent coating is an alternative to conventionally used antislip mats. The secugrip coating is inseparable from the wood.

The coated wooden beams do not absorb oil or water and, due to their officially proven antislip properties, are perfectly suited as a load securing aid. The wooden beams become considerably more robust thanks to the secuGrip coating, and our customers praise the drastically improved service life, even in tough transport applications. Directly sprayed surfaces can be produced seamlessly and without joints; these surfaces permanently seal the substrate against water and air. The secuGrip coating can also be sprayed directly onto hooks and other constructions.
