The RTP 8301.CT is based on laser triangulation sensors and therefore ensures the measurement being independently from material constants. The system is designed as O-frame, both sensors detect the thickness according to the differential method. In order to ensure highest precision, the laser beams of the sensors are accurately adjusted during the production process using optoelectronic tools which have been specially developed. The system is ideal for monitoring high-dynamically processes due to its high measuring rate. The O-frame mechanics of the system dispose of a compensation frame which does not vary with temperature and which is used in order to avoid temperature fluctuations of the measuring frame using further sensors. The profilometer corresponds to the TIP 8301.CT regarding its functionality. However, it has a different operators´ frontend and evaluation functions.

The BTS 8101.EO O-frame is based on the combisensor principle. The system is equipped with a non-contact capacitive sensors and a Thrubeam sensor which are integrated in a traversing frame. The eddy current sensor measures the reference distance to the measurement roll‘s metal surface. The distance from the film surface is measured by the Thrubeam sensor. Together with the reference signal the film thickness is calculated. This combisensor principle allows extreme precise measurements.

We have been designing and producing UL labels for well-known industrial companies since 1990. The requirements and regulations are very complex and may require a detailed consultation in order to explain the UL-compliant marking and the different application programs. The UL certification of an end product by an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) refers to every single component of the product. A label is such a component whose requirements are regulated in the UL 969 “Standard for Marking & Labeling Systems”.

The nozzle consists of two counter-rotating nozzle housings into which the nozzle tubes are inserted with a connection for screw-in round jet nozzles. A special packing sealing system inside the nozzle housings ensures protection during operation and prevents the ingress of contaminants. In front of and behind the nozzle housings are spacers (basket system) to prevent the nozzle tubes from hitting the well wall. Gear pumps with magnetic coupling The magnetic coupling is equal to contact-free drive and seal. Magnetic coupling pumps are used if critical media has to be transported. The seal ensures that the pumps work 100% securely and without leaking. The magnetic coupling is particularly ideal for hazardous substances that should not escape into the enviroment. The coupling is hermetically sealed and can be designed with different sensors for monitoring and in different variations and materials. A magnetic coupling is used in combination with a chemical pump by default.
