With high demands on accuracy and dynamics, the base frame in welded construction or hard stone is also a possible and reasonable part of the scope of supply. Here, all axes are specified, assembled, aligned, measured, tested and recorded - according to desired specifications. By means of hard stone, the required accuracies can be achieved. Hard stone offers all the characteristics required - ranging from a small coefficient of expansion, high abrasion resistance, optimum vibration damping, absence of unwanted residual stresses up to the necessary accuracies regarding flatness, parallelisms and angularity.

Special features of the Lipp welding technology are the automated on site construction of above the ground cylindrical tanks made of various grades of duplex steel, stainless steel and black steel. Moreover, the technology also incorporates the post treatment of the weld and a visualized welding monitoring and the technical documentation of the process. Due to the flexible and mobile concept of the equipment, the installation can either be done on greenfield construction sites but also inside buildings or in places with limited access and working space.

Our steel construction is certified according to the current standards DIN EN 1090-2 and DIN EN 3834-2. We manufacture welded parts, welded constructions and welded assemblies up to execution class 3 (EXC3). The Lutz-Jesco dry material feeders are precise and reliable devices for volumetric conveying of pourable substances. These devices consist of self-supporting welded constructions made of high-quality stainless steel sheet, which ensures their robustness and durability. Available in various conveying capacities, the dry material feeders offer flexible adaptation to different requirements and areas of application. They are equipped with hollow screws (screw spindles), which ensure even and continuous material transport. Thanks to this technology, they can feed a wide range of bulk materials, including fine dust particles, pellets, flakes and short fibres. Lutz-Jesco dry material feeders are ideal for industrial applications where precise dosing is required, such as in the chemical industry, food processing and many other sectors.

The MBS standard cylinder series is characterized by a variable and stroke-independent welded construction. Due to the uniform force transitions between the different sizes and the different connection situations, they are often used in the areas of mobile and stationary hydraulics. Cylinder connection is via welded rod ends and bolted radial bearings. Connections with threaded holes for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 are planned. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. WDI's welding wire production at the Hamm/Westf. and Rothenburg/Saale /Wettin.Löbejün) sites can look back on a history of almost 50 years. Unalloyed and low-alloyed inert gas and submerged arc wire electrodes have been manufactured at WDI's main plant in Hamm/Westphalia since 1975 and at WDI in Rothenburg in central Germany since 1993. Production at both sites was gradually expanded and today, with a production capacity of up to 60,000 tonnes p.a., is one of the largest production facilities for welding wires in Europe.
