The MAGDOS LB solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump is the cost-effective alternative for simple and continuous dosing tasks. It is particularly suitable for water treatment and the process industry. The MAGDOS LB is available in seven performance ranges so that it can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. Double ball valves ensure exact dosing, which enables precise and reliable control of the dosing quantity. The dosing capacity is infinitely adjustable via the stroke frequency of the dosing pump and can be set from 0 to 100%. Industrial desiccant dehumidifier TTR 6600 The TTR 6600 is a stationary high-performance desiccant dehumidifier impressing with an enormous dehumidification performance of 892 kg / 24 h Keeping humidity perfectly under control With about 900 kilogrammes of dehumidification performance per day and a nominal air volume of 6,600 cubic metres of dry air per hour at a static pressure of 400 Pa the TTR 6600 is optimally prepared even for a high dry air demand in cold surroundings and with low dew points. Best prerequisites e.g. for permanent dry keeping, gas dehumidification or the production of dry air in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry as well as in the sector of mechanical engineering, but also to protect machines, inventory and buildings from corrosion, condensation and mould formation, for example in water processing facilities or electrical control centres.

ALWA POR is porous and has a smooth surface structure. The product is characterized by a high stability, pressure-resistance and a long-term heat resistance of over 190°C. It is especially suitable for moulds with fine and complex structures. The good air permeability leads to a uniform stretching of the foil in the process of thermoforming. With this innovative product the annoying drilling of vacuum holes becomes obsolete and thus no visible markings are left on the thermoformed foil. Pump F 430 PP 100/50 in polypropylene was designed for higher delivery pressure. Instead of a rotor, it is equipped with an impeller in a pump housing. In connection with the powerful FLUX motors the pump delivers a far higher pressure of over 3 bar compared to pumps with semi-axial rotors. This makes it especially convenient for conveying media out of e.g. IBCs and other containers into higher lying pipe systems or out of an IBC in the basement to a higher floor. Cold water for subsequent production processes is generated with ice storage tanks. Ice storage systems thus provide stored cold. Use of cheap night electricity tariffs With the help of ice storage technology, cheap nighttime electricity tariffs can be used. During the night, ice is continuously built up on the plates or on the pipe coils. This ice is then available during the day as stored cooling capacity. This can significantly reduce energy costs. The OPTISENS PH 8100 is an all-purpose pH sensor for demanding applications in chemical and petrochemical industries as well as for process water, wastewater or other aggressive media. Its glass electrode is particularly suitable for use in highly alkaline solutions or applications with low conductive media (>2 μS/cm) and temperatures up to +130°C/ +266°F. The sensor is equipped with two open diaphragms to prevent clogging and to ensure reliable measurements. It is also available with integrated Pt100 for temperature compensation. Various mounting assemblies allow for easy installation and reliable handling of the sensor. The pH sensor can even be installed upside down. It operates with the MAC 100 or any suitable analytical transmitter.

The REA JET One Dot Systems (EDS) are particularly well suited to very fine dot and line markings. The dot size is configured by selecting the nozzle size and by varying the material pressure, and the stepless setting on the controller. CLEAN PROCESS WATER WITH GWK KU-PLANTS Water is one of the key elements in our daily life. It is a supplier of the most various requirements, also in the area of technical and mechanical production. Water is an excellent cooling medium. ku-plants from gwk utilise the cooling energy provided by water to carry away heat from production machines in the most troublefree and cost effective way possible. Removing side effects Fresh water from a well, from rivers and from other surface reservoirs is always saturated with oxygen and includes a large number of minerals and suspended particles which can block up the cooling channels in production units through corrosion or by producing deposits. ku-plants from gwk do not allow such problems to arise. A plate-type heat exchanger made of stainless steel separates the clean closed circuit that is used to cool the production from the natural fresh water circuit that is contaminated with all kinds of impurities.

Temperature controllers of the teco series cd are designed for the operation with water and direct cooling up to 95 °C or 120 °C. The temperature of the process water is controlled automatically. A temperature sensor, installed inside the unit, measures available actual temperature. The microprocessor control with membrane keyboard or touchscreen operation compares measured value and preselect set value and controls heating or cooling. A trouble free operation is guaranteed by a complete safety system.
