The reliability and safety of a sensor is extremely important, particularly in high-pressure applications such as water-jet cutting equipment and hydraulic circuits. The dynamic loading encountered in these applications requires the use of sensors that are specially adapted for high pressure ranges. It is exactly these tough requirements that are satisfied by the model number 8221 sensor. AMU - Abrasive Mixing Units higher 700 bar. The AMU series was standardised for various industrial application ranges. Amongst these are the decommissioning and maintenance of offshore structures and plant in the petrochemical and nuclear technology industries. Also special applications, in the wind power industry or for structural or civil engineering are not uncommon. The unit designation always refers to the maximum working pressure and the gross capacity of the pressure vessel. In combination with a conventional high-pressure pump, the various pressure levels and nozzle diameters can be individually adjusted to the task in hand. Our cutting devices and equipment help to control the cutting processes with our water jet cutting systems (AMU higher 700 bar) from a large distance.

The base fuse manipulator was developed for cutting SAP, MC, GP and AP bombs. After it is applied to the base of the bomb, the water abrasive jet cuts out the detonator. Alternatively, the manipulator can be configured to cut away the entire bomb base together with the detonator.

Hence safety of transport to carry-off for final removal is also not given.Therefore in such cases blasting the UXO is so far used as a final RSP causing partly heavy collateral damages. This unit allows to remove or deactivate the fuse remotely, risk-free & safe by using the WAS Technology & specially designed manipulation systems. The HYDRO-CLEAN® is an innovative high pressure washing system where the dirty raw material is subjected to a rotating water jet generated by a wash rotor. In a processing step the coarse dirt is removed and components that can be slurried are separated from the desired product. Thanks to the rotating washing rotor, the water jet cuts through the material bed and circulates or turns over the raw material inside the washing chamber. The raw material remains in the washing chamber only a few seconds and is subjected to the water jet multiple times.
