Keiper belt coatings The coatings for timing belts, V-belts, flat belts and transport belts always are selected so that they are optimally suited for the product to be transported and/or the intended transport purpose. Many innovative and structural tasks, which may call for pacing, separating and positioning in the material flow, can be realized by adding profiles and entraining elements.

PU V-belts run individually or alongside one another and convey products on slightly ascending or descending conveying systems without allowing the products being transported, e.g. boxes, tiles, glass slabs, cardboard articles etc., to slip. In addition, PU V-belts are used for driving live roller conveyors. Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords or aramid cords and produced in open lengths. The V-guide is either integrated in the timing belt during production or welded into the belt later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. In addition, axial movements are prevented. Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are available as endlessly welded belts and cut goods, in almost any length and width. Most spare parts can be delivered from our well stocked warehouse. If these are parts of older machines that are not available from stock, we will manufacture them ourselves in our machinery. Wear parts such as oil, filters and V-belts can also be supplied at any time.
