This little motor has impressive torque and high RPMs. Reliable operation with quick movements of low loads. Stepper motors from igus® are a good supplement to drylin® linear axes. They are characterised by their cost-effectiveness, their precision and easy control. They work reliably under the most varied environmental conditions (depending on the selected class of protection IP). The igus® stepper motors can be connected to the most common motor controls using standardised electrical connection. Motors with stranded wires are the least expensive and the most common stepper motors. The connecting wires for this type exit from the housing and will be connected with a JST connector. They are usually installed in machines and equipment that have an additional housing or are used in clean environments.

With a force of 15,000 N and the tried-and-tested brushless motor, the FireBird® Pro CAS is powerful and fast when setting blind rivet nuts of up to M8 steel. Since no wear-prone brushes are used, the motor has an extremely long service life, is virtually non-wearing and reliably guarantees the fastest setting frequencies. The setting tool is controlled solely by the setting force adjustment. The thread of the blind rivet nut is therefore optimally protected while ensuring the blind rivet nut is securely anchored in the material. With the 18-volt battery power supply, the tool is suitable for flexible, cordless use on construction sites and in industrial manufacturing. The mechanism for triggering the riveting process is functionally separated from the drilling process and, once the riveting process is complete, the FireBird® Pro CAS provides an automatic drilling function. Technical information The AI 2,5-20 auto is a stripping machine driven by an electric motor. It uses a system which detects the wire diameter and selects the cutting depth. Exact stripping of different insulated wires within the cross-section range of 0.5 up to 2.5 mm² (AWG20 – 14) is possible without an additional external adjustment. The stripping length and pull-off length are very easy to adjust.

The integrat 80 is used for the modular temperature control with water up to 140°C in the basic version with up to six temperature control circuits to be operated completely independently of each other. The basic version can be expanded with extension columns and up to 24 temperature control modules. As an option, the temperature control circuits can be extended with the 4-way distributor vtc with flow and temperature measurement. Thus, a maximum of 96 temperature control circuits can be monitored with the vtc 4-way distribution system. In conjunction with the standard heating control system used as standard, a homogeneous temperature profile on the mould cavity surface is achieved in an extremely energy-efficient manner, as well as with constant cooling by using a motor valve. As an option, the pumps can also be operated with frequency control unit. This improves the procedural results and contributes to energy savings.

This series comprises valves with two connections that are operated by an electric motor.
