Based on the high quality laser scanner Z+F IMAGER®, Zoller + Fröhlich GmbH and DMT GmbH & Co. KG have developed an explosion proof 3D laser scanner. The Z+F IMAGER® 5006EX pioneers surveying in underground mining and industries where explosive atmospheres occur. The Z+F IMAGER® 5006EX is the world´s first ATEX approved 3D laser scanner for use in mining and industrial applications under explosive conditions.The Z+F IMAGER® 5006EX is class I and class II approved according to ATEX directive 94 / 9 / EG. The ATEX directive 94 /9 / EG "Equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres" is a European standard. The ATEX approval for this equipment is widely accepted outside the European community as well.

With VIBRONET Signalmaster, up to 162 measuring points can be installed and entire production areas can be included in the monitoring. The distance between the basic unit and the sensor does not play a decisive role, because the wiring concept used reduces installation costs to a minimum. VIBRONET Signalmaster is therefore one of the most efficient and costeffective monitoring systems for large machinery and extensive plants with productioncritical units. Vibration, temperature, RPM and other process parameters can be integrated into a monitoring network that covers whole plant sections.The robust cabling installation guarantees reliable machine monitoring even in harsh environments such as cement plants, openpit and underground mining or refineries. VIBRONET Signalmaster is easily expandable. The data recorded can be analyzed in OMNITREND CENTER, the universal software platform for PRUFTECHNIK's Condition Monitoring systems.

Super Screw connectors are available in different versions of textile reinforced rubber abrasion resistant, heat resistant, oil and grease resistant, white FDA, self extinguishing, with textile on the running surface or in stainless steel. Screws are available in either galvanised or stainless steel. Super Screw connectors are inserted in the belt diagonally and from both sides. After the rubber layer is removed, the connector is installed using just a cordless screwdriver or, in underground mining, using a breast drill or pneumatic screwdriver. Super Screw® connectors are pre installed, depending on the belt width, in lengths up to 3,000 mm or in rolls up to 25,000 mm long. A variety of screws is also available for the initial installation of the connectors or as spare parts, plus various cordless screwdrivers, a pneumatic screwdriver, brace, PZ 2 or PZ 3 cross head bits and a magnetic bit holder.
