MACK brush holders with clamps are available in many different sizes, shapes, versions, and materials – also for your slip ring or commutator application. Our brush holders with clamps have everything tightly under control. The carbon brushes are inserted into the brush shafts of the holder. The brush pressure comes – depending on the type – from a pressure finger, or (in the case of a self-recoiling spring holder) with a suitable self-recoiling spring holder, which permits the use of above-average length carbon brushes.

Impregnation systems to close micropores in metal castings as well as in copper, aluminium or magnesium alloy castings. The parts to be impregnated are fixed in baskets. The latter are transported by a special crane system as well as with reservoir roller conveyors. Excess material is removed by centrifuging of the baskets. The impregnating agent remaining in the pores in fluid form is hardened by heating in a hot water bath. The process sequence runs fully automatically under a microprocessor control.

There are thus considerable savings to be made when filling, while maintaining optimum utilisation. The special design of the liner adapts to the container like a second skin and protects the bulk material. There are no readjustments required during the filling process. Our customers can rest assured we have everything under control: we carry out regular pressure and sight tests, sealed seam and strength tests, as well as simulated transport tests, in order to maintain our high quality standards. And another thing: in order to support the shelf life of your goods, our liners are sterilised with gamma rays.
