Pre-assembled pump kit for food and pharma in ex-version. The pump-kit is ideal for frequent medium changes and is suitable for conveying out of drums, IBCs or tanks. Due to the construction with mechanical seal, the pump can be easily and quickly taken apart into its two main components. This allows good cleanability. We can produce the parts you require using specific tools or on special-purpose machines. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with strip thicknesses of 0.10 to 3.00 and with strip widths of up to 100 mm – depending on the material used. The manufacturing processes that we offer include: Punching, forming, embedding, welding, bolting, riveting and mounting. We perform the assembly of small batches by hand, while larger volumes are performed automated if you so wish. Our hybrid sub-assembly production includes the over-moulding of punched parts made of wire or metal with a variety of plastics or silicones. In order to ensure that the desired braking element features optimum properties, we make use of both the temperature durability and the haptic advantages of silicone and the weight advantage of plastic when combining these materials in this fashion. Guide tube assemblies, a combination of springs and tubes, are part of the hybrid component portfolio.

We supply suitable tubes for storing and handling small samples. Microanalysis tubes have rounded bottoms and are fitted with an intermediate partition. The shaped rim ensures optimum sealing with a suitable stopper plug, which we can also supply. As an alternative to the stopper plug seat, the tubes can be made with a flanged rim. The intermediate partition in the upper part of the tube seals off the actual sample chamber, so that the chamber volume is very small. Nonetheless, the tube's long base body ensures convenient handling. Our microanalysis tubes are available in clear glass as well as amber glass for light-sensitive samples. The tubes are made of high-quality soda glass with diameters of 5...7 mm and a convenient length of 80 mm.

Heat Treatment furnaces MOV are ideal for the treatment of sophisticated materials if high temperatures and an absolutely clean hydro-carbon free atmosphere are required. Due to the ultrahigh vacuum atmosphere as well as the extreme temperature homogeneity and the fully automatic process the furnaces are especially suitable for the economic application in industrial and medical productions, i.e. for brazing of vacuum interruptors, parts of x ray tubes, heat exchangers, parts used in the medical and aerospace industry. Applications: MOV furnaces are universally applicable if heat treatment with particularly high requirements in respect of cleanliness for exacting materials is involved, for example: • Degassing of electric or radiation tube components • Bright- and stress-free annealing of high-temperature alloys • Sintering of high-melting and heavy metals such as tungsten • Production of high-quality fluxless braze joinings of steels, steel-ceramics and many other materials.
