To protect your goods from condensation or condensation water, it is possible to integrate a special underlay tarpaulin. To ensure safe transport and enable an easy handover of the products during later industrial processes and assembly, we ship our springs and sub-assemblies in special packaging. Any conceivable special packaging is adapted precisely to the product in question, e.g. blister or polyethylene packaging. Tube packaging: Compression springs are transported in tube packaging. Tube packaging ensures that they can be inserted without problems, down to the last spring. Sub-assemblies, bent strip parts and laser-generated samples are transported in blister or polyethylene packaging to protect them during transport and storage. Sometimes, the load rests upon the shank of the fork during transport. In these cases, transported goods and the fork shank must be protected from damage. The secutex forkshank protection with a hollow profile is a robust version designed to protect the transported goods. The hollow chambers have a cushioning effect when loads collide. Usages include, for example, transportation of stones in the brick industry or concrete pipes in the concrete industry. The forkshank can be fastened with a steel belt to the back of the fork and can be easily exchanged.

Novelis’ fracture-proof, seamless aluminum bottles offer needed protection when transporting and storing sensitive and critical goods. Novelis produces aluminum bottles for a range of applications — from commercial use to United Nations-approved packaging — in several coating configurations and sizes with fill capacities ranging from 38 ml to 6250 ml. Shrink film produces a close bond between the packaging film and the packaged merchandise. The heat-induced shrinking process causes the film to cling tightly to the merchandise or container, thereby avoiding vulnerable points which may suffer damage during shipment or transport. Shrink film may be processed manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically. The shrinking properties may be adjusted to the specific application in terms of both direction and degree of shrinkage. The standard version of EXCOR VALENO shrink film shrinks biaxially, i.e., equally in all directions. Individually tailored degrees of monoaxial or biaxial shrinkage can also be produced on request. All VALENO shrink film is made of polyethylene and can be used in packing machines. The EXCOR VCI substance is integrated into the polymer matrix and active on both sides.

VALENO Bubble Film is flexible, light internal packaging made of polyethylene which provides excellent cushioning coupled with active EXCOR VCI corrosion protection.
